Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren nach dem Ober­ begriff des Hauptanspruchs, also auf die Rückgewinnung von Wasserlacken aus mit wasserberieselten Wandungs- sowie Bo­ denflächen bestehenden Spritzkabinen und Naßabscheidung der Farbnebel aus der Luft, durch Kreislaufführung des an­ fallenden Lack-Wassergemisches über eine Ultrafiltrations­ einheit. Versuche haben jedoch gezeigt, daß ein solches Verfahren mit normalem Wasser nicht durch­ führbar ist, da das sogenannte Overspray bei Kontakt mit normalem Leitungswasser ausflockt und unbrauchbar wird. Mit dem Verfahren und der Anlage gemäß der zuvorgenannten Schutzrechtsveröffentlichung kann also lediglich ein Aus­ filtern des Overspray aus dem Berieselungswasser, nicht aber eine Rückgewinnung von ohne weiterer Nachbehandlung wieder verwendbaren Wasserlacks, durchgeführt werden.Serving for this purpose u. a. a procedure and be a device as in DE-OS 32 27 227 are described and in which the circulated Sprinkling water via a so-called backwashable ul trafilter is processed.
