Description
The invention relates to an antenna mast for transportable Cabins, especially caravans, according to the generic term of Claim 1.
From DE-GM 77 33 418 is between an extended Operating position and a retracted transport position high adjustable and rotatable antenna mast, in particular for caravans with an easy to handle clamping and loading Fixing device for the holder of the extended to Tennenmastes previously known. A tube is also used as a holder trim provided as a foot arrangement in which the antennas mast is in the fully retracted transport position. Since in Inside the antenna mast the antenna cables are routed and through a radial bore in the area of the lower end of the Antenna masts are carried out so low is one with recess aligned with the bore in the relatively low tube neck provided. To shear or clamp the antenna cable passed through the hole when turned on push the lower end of the antenna mast into the pipe socket to avoid, the antenna mast must be in a certain win kellage can be aligned to the mentioned An cable over the mentioned recess in the pipe socket to be able to lead through. But it is much more serious the disadvantage that such portable cabins, such as ins special caravans - for this antenna mast is - on the top of the roof but various protruding parts, such as fireplaces, skylights, etc., which in the immediate swivel range of the antennas. At the Ab lower the antenna mast into its transport or rest position the situation therefore arises again and again that the of Cabin interior from invisible antenna directly on parts protruding over the cabin roof such as a roof hatch is fitted. This can be both the Zer interference of the antenna as z. B. also damage to the Result in a roof hatch.
An antenna mast for caravans or boats is also out of the DE-OS 25 05 357 become known. To this antenna mast in He can bring his operating position from the cab inside through the caravan roof to the end position can be pushed out. Since the antenna mast also is rotatably arranged, it can ge from inside the cabin rotates and thus the antenna located at the top of the mast be aligned in the desired reception direction.
Before leaving a location, the Anten mast with the antenna attached to it be brought back to the lower transport position in which the Antenna in turn immediately above the cabin roof comes to lie. But here also the above explanations occur ten disadvantages, after which when retracting the antenna mast in the transport position damage to the antenna or on a protruding roof structure is possible.
In one known from US-PS 37 39 387 on and off mobile antenna, especially for caravans, is a pivotable parallel guide used, in its vertical Swivel the horizontal antenna in side view View clockwise and counterclockwise except for one provided directly on the cabin roof Bracket can be swung down. But this also exists here Problem that with accordingly not exactly aligned to tenne when swiveling them into their transport position the antenna itself can collide with roof structures.
In contrast, it is an object of the invention, starting from the State of the art initially mentioned, the antenna mast according to the preamble of claim 1 to further develop such that when lowering an antenna or already antennas lowered into the transport and rest position mast when opening a roof hatch, for example damage and destruction of both the antenna and the antenna Canopy protruding parts, as well as possibly one Clamping of the antenna guided inside the antenna mast cable is safely prevented.
The task is according to the in accordance with the drawing part of claim 1 specified features ge solves. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Subclaims specified.
The present invention is the first guaranteed with an amazingly simple way does that, for example when opening skylights or when lowering the antenna mast damage to the outstanding parts on the cabin roof and above all cannot occur on the antenna either not if you have previously discussed the orientation of the Antenna has not informed. According to the invention, this is achieved by an alignment device on the antenna mast ensures with means the lowering movement of the antenna mast into its trans port and rest position only in a preset Forced angle position is possible. The angular position becomes the chosen that touches and collisions between the Antenna and parts protruding on the cabin roof impossible are. So although in the operating position of the antennas mast and the antenna to any desired 360 ° Can be aligned, the lowering process from a certain height above that in the pan area of the antenna protruding parts only in the front set forced angular position. Through the fiction according alignment device is the other essential Advantage achieved that the antenna is not while driving can twist unintentionally. According to the status of technology occur when it has been forgotten after the Lowering the antenna mast into the transport position to fix it against twisting in a holder or but if the torque on the mast is accelerated forces became greater than the braking effect in the loading consolidation of the mast.
According to claim 3, the height of the radial projection is ges or the vertical groove at least more than 30 cm, so that damage to the antenna as well as that on the Ka parts above are excluded.
In a particularly preferred embodiment according to An saying 4 has the concentric to the antenna mast Vertical guidance with the vertical groove provided therein beveled upper end face, on the one on the antennas mast located when lowering to the support comes and then twists due to gravity of the mast to the lowest point of the inclined face is pivoted at which another lowering movement allowing vertical groove.
Claim 5 relates to an older one to the preceding claim native design with also take place during the lowering process automatic alignment of the antenna mast.
The lowering of the antenna mast and the associated The orientation of the antenna is in a further training the invention according to claim 6 further facilitated that inside the antenna mast a stationary cable guide tube is provided. This acts as a guide and Centering for the antenna mast, so that this without prob leme when engaging with the vertical guide is coming. It also has the added benefit achieved that the inside run from bottom to top the antenna cable even in the raised operating position are completely shielded and invisible.
To prevent damage to the antenna in all cases with Si To rule out security, it has to be in further training the invention according to claim 7 also proved to be favorable sen, a lower height-adjustable stop element for loading limit the lowering movement of the antenna mast. This can opti the deepest lowering of the antenna times and reproducible.
To when using the alignment device according to the invention the lifting and lowering process of the antenna mast to hinder is in an advantageous embodiment of the Invention in the sense of the task according to claim 8 below the foot of the antenna mast in its trans a cable winder mounted.
In Fig. 1, an antenna mast 1 is shown with an upper cap carrier 3 , to which a vertical rod antenna 5 and an essentially horizontally aligned and arranged in a protective housing 7 antenna 8 is attached. The antenna mast 1 is aligned through a roof duct 9 in a cabin roof 11 and a guide 13 located underneath. In Fig. 1 the antenna mast 1 is shown in its upper operating position with the omission of its larger part above the cabin roof 11 , in which its lower tubular end 15 comes to lie just below the guide 3 . In this position, the antenna mast 1 is secured, for example, by a knurled screw 17 , by a clamp (not shown in more detail) or by a split pin which can be pushed through the mast.
Concentric to the antenna mast 1 , a cable guide tube 19 is provided, the overall height of which is greater than the mast stroke, so that the antenna cables 21 extending in the interior of the antenna mast and the cable guide tube 19 follow in both the lowered transport and in the raised operating positions of the antenna mast 1 are not visibly shielded from the outside.
At the lower end of the cable guide tube 19 , an alignment device in the form of a vertical guide 23 is shown, via which it is ensured that a lowering of the antenna mast can only be carried out in the transport position in a certain preset adjustable angular position of the antenna.
Am Antennenmast selbst ist ein radialer Vor sprung 29 ortsfest angebracht.2 reference is hereinafter made to Fig., In an exemplary embodiment of a vertical guide 23 in perspec tivdarstellung is shown in more detail. Then the Verti kalführung 23 consists of a concentrically arranged around the antenna mast 1 pipe socket 25 with a chamfered upper end face 27th At the antenna mast itself, a radial jump 29 is fixed before.
In Fig. 2 the antenna mast 1 is shown in its lower trans port position and can be brought into its upper operating position by simply lifting it, in which it rotates un obstructed by 360 ° and so the antenna can be aligned in the desired reception direction. If the antenna mast is to be brought back into its transport position, it must simply be lowered until the radial jump 29 , which is provided in its lower region in a stationary manner, comes into contact with the pipe socket 25 at any point on the beveled end face 27 . When attempting to continue the lowering movement, the radial projection 29 now slides on the upper, inclined end face 27 to the lowest point at which a vertical groove 31 runs downward in the pipe socket 25 .
If, for example, one chooses a suitable height for this vertical groove of more than 50 cm, preferably in a length of 1 m to 2 m, then, when the pipe is aligned in a corresponding angular position and is fixed, for example by means of a clamp 33, in the interior of the cabin 33 , 25 of the antenna mast, the antenna 8 always brought into the preselected angular position, in which a bump with structures on the cabin roof or with a hatch, etc. is safely avoided. This forced angular position also prevents the antenna from swinging and swinging unintentionally while driving.
Since the inner cable guide tube 19 also extends down into the vertical guide 23 , this ensures a guiding and centering function for the height-adjustable antenna mast, so that in particular at its lower end against radial slippage secured cable guide tube 19 when lowering the antenna mast 1 is a problem and tilt-free insertion of its lower end into the pipe socket 25 is guaranteed.
In the following, reference is made to FIG. 3, in which an exemplary embodiment of the vertical guide 23, slightly modified from FIG. 2, is shown in a sectional view. This embodiment differs from that of FIG. 2 in that at the lower end of the antenna mast 1 still a rotatably mounted sleeve ring 35 is seen easily, on which the radial projection 29 is fastened with a knurled screw 37 .
The radial projection 29 is also used here to determine the constrained angular position of the antenna mast and thus the antenna, the knurled screw 37 of the antenna mast can be firmly anchored to the cable guide tube 19 in its extended operating position. The ra diale projection 29 can in particular also be used more favorably as a handle for lifting, lowering and pivoting the antenna mast 1 .
The embodiment of FIG. 4 differs from the above in that here the fixed Ver tikalführung 23 is provided as a radial projection 29 a in the form of a vertical rail and the vertical groove 31 a on the antenna mast 1 . Here, the vertical groove 31 a directly in the mast 1 or - as shown in Fig. 4 - in a non-rotatably mounted on the antenna mast 1 cuff ring 39 can be introduced. Approximate shape, also in this exporting the antenna mast 1 may in its lower Trans port position only be placed if it is previously turned to the so preselected angular position, so that the skilled in the form of a guide rail radial projection 29 a engages the vertical groove 31st In order to support and facilitate the correct alignment of the antenna mast when lowering, the sleeve ring 39 can also be provided with a bevelled lower end face 41 , at the highest point of which the vertical groove 31 is located. When lowering the mast, it will also rotate due to gravity into the correct constrained angular position.
In the game shown schematically in FIG. 5, there is a modification to FIGS. 2 and 3, in which a U-shaped rail is used as the vertical guide 23 , in which the radial projection 29 engages when lowering. In order to ensure a lowering of the mast alone in this presettable angular position, a flange ring 43 must also be provided, which can either be attached to the antenna mast 1 at the height of the radial projection 29 or fixed to the U-shaped vertical guide 23 .
In order to be able to carry out an optimal height adjustment for the antenna in the transport position for the first time, in particular during assembly, a stop 45 which can be adjusted in height is provided at the bottom of the vertical guide 23 . This stop 45 can be formed in the embodiment of FIGS . 2 and 3 by the lower groove end 47 there, on which the radial projection 29 rests in the transport position. But it is also possible to use an angle 49 on which the antenna mast and the cable duct tube 19 rest with their lower end.
At this point, it is pointed out that the vertical guide 23 play can also be arranged in the interior of the mast 1 according to the above-Ausführungsbei, even if the radial projections 29 are mounted facing inward. In principle, this is also possible when using a cable guide tube 19 .
In order to enable optimal antenna cable guidance during the lifting and lowering movement of the antenna mast 1 , as can be seen from FIG. 1, a cable lift roller 51 can be provided below the vertical guide 23 , which is constantly pretensioned in the direction of the elevator, for example.
Alternatively, as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1, a deflection can also be carried out via a second roller 52 , the height of which relative to the cable winding roller 51 corresponds to at least half the lifting height of the mast and which yields downwards compared to a prestressed spring 53 when the mast is raised . The cable ends 55 can also be fixed in this case regardless of the operating position of the antenna mast.
