Description
Fruchtpresse. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Saftpresse für Früchte u. dgl., bei der fortlaufend eine kleine Menge des Preßgutes dem Zylinder zugeführt und mittels eines Kolbens ausgepreßt wird. Nach dem Pressen schwingt der Kolben gemeinsam mit dem Zylinder zwecks Ausstoßens der Trester aus. Diese Art Pressen sind bekannt. Neu gemäß der Erfindung ist der Antrieb des Kolbens und die Ausnutzung des Preßdruckes zum Abdichten der Auflagerstelle des Preßzylinders auf dem Widerlager. Im nachfolgenden wird die neue Presse und ihre Wirkungsweise an Hand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beschrieben.Fruit press. The invention relates to a juicer for fruits u. Bei Rechtsdrehung der Kurbel o wird hierdurch der Kolben i nach unten auf das Preßgut gedrückt, und zwar im Anfang schnell und mit kleinem Druck, dagegen zum Schlusse langsam und mit großem Druck (Fig. x und z). Gleichzeitig wird aber auch ein Druck zwischen dem unteren als Zylinder ausgebildeten Ende des Troges a und dem Widerlager m ausgeübt, welcher den Trog gegen Verdrehen sichert und die beiden Berührungsflächen gegeneinander abdichtet. Durch den nach oben wirkenden Druck im Punkte d des um den Punkt Y schwingenden Hebels b wird nämlich im Punkte ein Druck nach unten erzeugt, der sich durch die mit dem Trog a verbundene Kolbenführung a1 auf das Widerlager m überträgt. Wird die Kurbel o weiter gedreht (Fig. z), so gleitet der Triebstock s1 aus der Zahnlücke la, und der Triebstock s2 legt sich unter die Nase t der Kolbenführung a1. Dabei senkt sich der Punkt d des Hebels b; der Punkt p hebt sich, und damit hebt sich auch der Trog a vom Widerlager m ab und wird beim Weiterdrehen der Kurbel o um den Zapfen Y ausgeschwenkt (Fig. 3), während der Kolben i in dem Zylinder noch weiter vorgeht und die Trester herausschiebt.
