Description

Vorrichtung zur Entfernung eitriger Sekrete aus der Harnröhre.. In der Praxis hat es sich herausgestellt, daß die Vorrichtung gemäß Patent 3302,84 aus technischen Gründen nicht so genau hergestellt werden kann, daß die innere Röhre sich eng und luftdicht an die äußere Röhre anschmiegt. Es ist sowohl zwischen der inneren und äußeren Röhre wie auch zwischen den Rohrenden ein Raum vorhanden.. Werden nun die beiden ineinandergeschobenen Röhren aus der Harnröhre herausgezogen, bei Luftverdünnung innerhalb des Gesamtinstrumentes, so wird dieser Raum durch das oberste, aus der Harnröhre herausgezogene Fenster mit der atmosphärischen Luft in Verbindung gesetzt. Dadurch wird der luftverdünnte Raum in beiden Röhren mit Luft angefüllt, und eine Saugkraft auf die Harnröhrenschleimhaut kann an keinem Punkte des Instrumentes weiterhin ausgeübt werden.Device for removing purulent secretions from the urethra. PATENT-ANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum Entfernen eitriger und schleinfiiger Sekrete aus der Harnröhre, nach Patent 330284, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere und die innere Röhre an ihren ineinandergeschobenen Enden derart gestaltet sind, daß die innere Röhre aus der äußeren Röhre etwa 2 bis 3 min herausragt.
