Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln streifenförmiger Isolierbänder auf Rohre
u. dgl.
sehr gute Isolierwirkung hervorbringen.
Device for winding strip-shaped insulating tapes onto pipes
and the like. According to a known method, piping against heat or cold
insulated by using a long strip of corrugated cardboard or the like as often as desired
wrapped around the pipe to be protected. Between the adjacent pieces of corrugated cardboard
are then from each other, separate cavities, which according to the known experience one
produce very good insulating properties. For the same purpose one has on a paper
or cardboard strips attached to ribs and then wrapped the strip around the tube.
The invention relates to a device that enables uniform winding

The insulation panels are either a single, correspondingly long one

Fig. 2). Da an jedem Ende einer Isolierungstafel i
in anderer Weise, z.
The device shown in Fig. I consists of divisible discs

held by the cutouts 8 and the sheets io. To the insulation around the pipe
winding around, the two disks 2o become evenly in the direction of arrow 13
rotated until the insulation is completely and tightly wound up
is. After the insulation has been completely wound up, the clamps 7 are released
and the discs 2o are removed. The newly laid insulation part is now in place
by the thickness of the washer 2o from the other part of the insulation. Around these joints
close, to be able to, the protruding part of the sheet is either cut off
or the sheet metal is stretched straight so that it is under the other part of the insulation
can push down. If this is done, then the newly laid insulation part will be
pressed firmly against the existing one. Then more isolations follow, then
only the one pane needs to be removed, the one between two isolation points
sits. The other is pushed further with the newly laid insulation,
and the next insulation plate i is back into the groove with one sheet io
$ hung in the pane 2o. There are two such grooves 8 arranged in the disc,
one on the left and one on the right, so that the execution, as described above,
is possible. If it is about the insulation of long pipelines, at
there is plenty of space between the individual insulation parts,
the attachment of the winding disks 2o to the insulation panels i can also be used
in another way, e.g. B. by pins on the disc 2o and eyelets in the sheet io,
be accomplished. The main lever shown in Fig. I is used to isolate
to be tightened as tightly as possible after it is approximately completely wound up.
For this purpose, this lever is brought into engagement with the toothing i2 of the disk
and then rotated in the direction of arrow 13. So that this lever for the different
Slice sizes can be made to fit, the width of the front pliers is through
the wheel 14 adjustable.
