1. Bei runden Schmelzöfen mit Gasfeuerung die Verbindung des Ofens mit den zugehörigen Wärmespeichern durch zwei Paar paralleler Füchse F1 und F2 zum Zweck hufeisenförmiger Flammenführung.
2. Die freiliegende, der Schlackenzone des Bades Z entsprechende, von aufsen zugängliche und daher erneuerungsfähige Herdwand.
