The crank disk d is connected to the plunger piston c by means of a drive rod e and is wedged onto the axis f. In and behind the crank disk d, a second disk g with a cast-on chain wheel h is loosely rotatable on the axis f. The crank disk d wedged tightly on the axis f has a gate i with an arcuate line, the radius of which is equal to the length of the drive rod e; the loosely and .rotatably mounted on the axis f disk g also has a gate i ,. with straight axially directed line. Both scenes i und`.i are connected by a slider k, at one end of which the pin for .die rod sits, the other end is provided with a thread and nut. The sprocket h, cast on the loose rotatable disk g, is connected by means of an articulated chain m to the sprocket o mounted in the bearing n, on the outer shaft end of which the lever p with the counterweight q is wedged: between the pillow block bearings r sits the gear s, which engages in the toothed rack t on both sides, which in turn is guided with its guide strips u in the rack guides v . The lower toothing of the rack t engages in the toothed wheel w screwed to the support ring, which rolls out to the left or right on the cradle x depending on the actuation and brings the bucket into the emptying position.
Arbeitsvorgang.
Operation. If the lever p with the counterweight q is brought into the position marked with I or II, the sprocket o makes a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, which transfers the articulated chain to the sprocket li cast on the rotatable, quietly mounted disc g and an analogous rotation of the disk g results. Through one of these rotations, the sliding piece k, which connects the scenes i and i and is mounted in the same, executes a movement in the vertical direction, as a result of which the driving rod e im sitting on the pin of the sliding piece k is raised or lowered so that the driving rod pin is above or below comes to rest under the center of the crank disk d. The preceding plunger c will produce a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the disk d, which is fixed on the axis f, according to the above. This respective direction of rotation will naturally adapt to the gearwheel, which is also firmly seated on the axis f, and cause the gearwheel w screwed to the support ring to roll out and rotate to the right through the toothed rack t at the top and bottom as an intermediate link, whereby the The vessel seated in the support ring or otherwise supported at the same time inclines, which corresponds to the direction and length of the rack path (which, according to the above, represents an emptying of the vessel to the left or right side. Since the equilibrium of the vessel is a "stable" one, it turns after the cessation of the motor force which has brought it out of its original position back into it.
an Anlage II nachstehende Beschreibung Aufschluß.
1i, h,. versehen.
Fig. 3 and 4 represent the manual drive mounted on the other bogie; the rolling out and emptying of the vessel is accomplished by the generally known arrangement by means of a worm and worm wheel. In order to enable emptying by means of a motorized drive and vice versa with a manual drive independently of one another, this manual drive must be switched off or switched on. What is achieved in Appendix II by the fact that the transport screw with handwheel shaft, handwheel shaft and protective box is inevitably lifted out of the worm wheel and releases it. The following description provides information on the solution to this problem in connection with Annex II. As is usual with these designs, the worm also engages here on the upper circumference of this worm wheel. The present innovation is that the worm with the shaft and accessories m is mounted in a sliding piece b passing through the worm box a; which can be raised and lowered in the vertical direction and is guided in the cheeks c passing through the screw box cz. These cheeks c, the head ends of the screw box cc and the slider b are designed so that a displacement of the slider in the horizontal direction is not possible. The protective box d for the manual drive is firmly screwed to the slider; In addition, the handwheel shaft goes through a bearing rosette x, which is screwed to the protective box. So that the complete manual drive can now be lifted without loosening one of its connecting mechanisms, e.g. B. the hand wheel chain z are) the two bearings f and l f, the hand wheel shaft g with slide guides 1i, h ,. Mistake. The bearings f and f are with eccentrics i and i. connected, which allow e that the entire manual drive without loosening the handwheel chain, with the worm y mounted in the slider b can be raised and lowered. This lifting and lowering is done by a lever and chain mechanism, which is attached to the head end of the. The sprocket segment L, which is mounted in the pivot pin bearing, is set in an upward, downward rotary movement by pressing down the hand lever n provided with a counterweight k and guided in the grinding arc o. The articulated chain p, splinted with the sprocket segment l, transmits the upward rotary movement once to the sprockets q and q "which are keyed on the shaft r supported in the bearings s, s, and the other time through the eccentrics on the shaft r i and i, on the handwheel shaft bearings f and f, which are provided with slide guides. The articulated chain s also transmits, in conjunction with the articulated chain p1, which is also splinted to the sprocket q1, the aforementioned rotary movement to the levers t and t1 seated in the pivot pins u and u which -lift the brackets v and v, which are seated on the screw shaft ends, and thus also raise or lower the sliding piece b with the screw mounted in the same, together with the screwed protective box. In this way, the manual drive screw is switched on and off ie by closing the inflow valve @ for the operating fluid, thereby. the plunger as a result of the vacuum created behind it by: the atmospheric pressure held and the gear on the support ring rolls out between the two racks.
