Claims (2)
einem auf einem Substrat (1) unter Verwendung von photoempfindlichen Harz ausgebildeten Wandelement (Photolackschicht 5H), das eine Tintenzuführkammer (7a) bildet, die mit einer Austrittsöffnung zum Austragen von Tinte in Verbindung steht, und mit
einem auf dem Wandelement (Photolackschicht 5H) angeordneten Deckelement (Photolackschicht 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Tintenzuführkammer (7a) zwischen Substrat (1) und Deckelement (Photolackschicht 8) zumindest ein Stützelement (5Hi, 5Hj) unter Verwendung von photoempfindlichem Harz vorgesehen ist, das ein Durchhängen des Deckelementes (Photolackschicht 8) in die Tintenzuführkammer (7a) verhindert.
