Durchlässe für Kabel oder Leistungen aufweist und diese Durchlässe in den einander benachbarten Wänden der beiden Einbuchtungen vorgesehen sind. Leuchten dieser Bauart sind vornehmlich als Feuchtraumleuchten gedacht. Wie praktische Erfahrungen mit Leuchten dieser Bauart zeigen, ist es kaum möglich, den Innenraum der Leuchte verläßlich und sicher ausreichend abzu dichten, aus welchem Grund man dazu überging, die seitlich des zentral lie genden Anschlußraumes befindlichen Kammern der Leuchte, die die für den Betrieb der Leuchte notwendigen Geräte aufweisen, zusätzlich auszugießen oder auszuschäumen, um auf diese Weise das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit zu unterbinden. Ziel der Erfindung ist es daher, ausgehend von vorher dargelegten Stand der Technik, eine Leuchtenkonstruktion vorzuschlagen, die sicher und verläßlicher abdichtbar ist als die erwähnten bekannten Kon struktion, und zwar ohne daß die inneren Kammern der Leuchte ausgeschäumt oder ausgegossen werden müßten. Die erfindungsgemäße Leuchtenkonstruktion soll ferner so gestaltet sein, daß eine eventuelle Durchgangsverdrahtung außerhalb des Leuchtenkörpers liegt. Bei den bisher bekannten feuchtraum leuchten, die an beiden Enden des Grundkörpers mit Deckel verschließbare Anschlußkammern aufweisen und deren innere Kammer ebenfalls vergossen oder ausgeschäumt war, mußte die gesamte Verdrahtung für eine eventuelle Durch gangsverdrahtung oder für spezielle Schaltaufgaben mit eingegossen sein. Für diesen Zweck sind unter Umständen sehr viele Drähte pro Leuchte not wendig, die zusätzlich noch mit einer aufwendigen und damit kostspieligen Isolierung versehen sind und die oft überhaupt nicht benötigt werden, so daß man dazu übergehen mußte, Leuchten dieser Art nur auf Bestellung zu fertigen. Die in Fig. 1 im Querschnitt dargestellte Leuchte besitzt einen Grundkörper 1 in Form eines einstückigen Kastenprofiles, das in Fig. 9 in Schrägsicht und in einem gegenüber Fig. 1 verkleinertem Maßstab dargestellt ist. Diese Vorgänge werden nachstehend kurz erläutert: Zuerst werden die Befestiger 26 mit einem geeigneten Werk zeug (Schraubenzieherklinge - Münzenrand) gedreht und danach kann der Deckel 15 abgehoben werden. Durch die Durchlässe 20 bzw. 21 wird nun die äußere Verdrahtung (Speiseleitung, Schalterleitung, Durchgangsverdrahtung) eingezogen und an den Klemmen des Klemmenblockes 34 angeklemmt.
