Description
Dutch grinder for grinding paper, wood pulp, cellulose and other paper raw materials. The invention relates to a Holländermahlyverk for grinding of paper, wood pulp, cellulose and other paper raw materials with a grinding roller, whose grinding segments made of basalt lava, porous, are inserted around the circumference of the roller body Metal or some other hard material that cannot be polished with a basic movement made from a similar material.
The essence of the invention is that with the roller body in any way connected grinding segments made of basaltic lava or any other similar material, unslotted and non-corrugated, so in a certain sense smooth work surfaces own. These work surfaces are to be selected as wide as possible, as they are wide the efficiency increases. It must of course be taken into account that the between The number and size of conveying grooves remaining free on the work surfaces for the required. Material feed in the Dutch must be sufficient. In the same way as the grinding organs the base unit is also formed on the roller. The effect of these work surfaces consists in fraying and final grinding of the material due to its cracked surface. The width of the working surfaces on the roller is chosen so that it is with a roller diameter up to 1400 mm 1/4 or more of the working surface of the base, while the width of the working surfaces with a larger roller diameter is about 1/4 of this width corresponds to the base work surface.
So far, work surfaces were made of basalt lava, porous metal and similar hard materials for the grinding organs known by the Dutch who leave wide conveyor grooves free between them. These older bodies show but without exception grooved work surfaces in the grinding organs. First increase This type of training reduces the cost of producing such, with grooved Rolls equipped with segments, and also requires maintenance of the same ongoing special sacrifices of time and money due to the interruption when in effect of the operation with natural wear and tear, when the working grooves or their break out Cleansing, since the substance is easily stuck in it and then it serves its purpose can no longer serve.
Apart from avoiding these economic disadvantages the invention the technical progress of the achievement of a noticeably accelerated Lubricity of the substance to be treated and the considerably faster hydrogenation the fiber. It is known that basaltic lava and the other materials mentioned above the greasiness of the treated fabric can be achieved more quickly than it when using cutting edges alone it is possible to have properties that are in their Effect through the subject matter of the invention as a result of the much wider work surfaces and the resulting extended contact time between the grinding organs and the material are significantly increased. As a result of the faster achievable Lubricity of the substance, it is useful to use a grinding tool that is once available more versatile, d. H. for materials that are ground more or less greasy should be able to use the arrangement for the basic work so that its work surface is not only concentric, as before, but also eccentric can be used for the roller circumference.
In the grinder shown in Fig. = In a front view and in Fig. 2 in a side view, all points of the working surfaces of the segments a (Fig. I and 2), which are separated in the circumferential direction by conveyor channels b, are at approximately the same radial distances from the central longitudinal axis c of the roller d, and likewise all points of the working surface of the base mechanism e can have approximately the same distance from the central axis c of the roller d . The segments a, which are separated in the circumferential direction by conveyor chutes b, have at their narrowest point no less than about 8o -mm width in cross section, so that the risk of breakage at or near the foot is very low. The working surfaces of the segments a can have a correspondingly wide cross-section. The entire widths of the work surfaces are expediently between 100 and 175 mm.
The work surfaces between the conveyor troughs act in the above described arrangement in place of the otherwise customary, specially applied working grooves, Ribs or the like
According to FIG. 3, two or more such elements can also be combined, which then z. B. are separated by conveyor troughs at bi. Also in this case are the work surfaces are not grooved.
The base unit e for the roller d is attached according to Fig. I so that it cooperates in a known manner with the roller. It also consists of basaltic lava, porous stone, iron or other hard material and has one at the right distance work surface held by the roller g. All points of this working surface have g in the example shown also approximately the same distance from the central axis c, and the surface g, like the working surfaces of the segments, is smooth, d. H. she is not - provided with ribs, working grooves or the like.
According to FIG. 4, the working surface g of the base structure e can have the cross-sectional shape assume a circle from a center point above the central axis c k is knocked out ;. or the center point can according to Fig. 5 in front of the central axis, z. B. lie at l, so that the distance between the roller and the base at -in is greater than in rn ', so that the material to be treated gradually becomes more intimate To bring contact with the working surface of the segments a.
Because of this eccentric mounting of the basic work, you have it in the Hand to adjust the degree of greasiness of the fabric to be achieved at will. It should only be noted that the degree of greasiness depends on the size of the contact surfaces between the roller and the base, and therefore also on the length of the contact time.
From this it follows that when the eccentric is increased. tricity of storage of the The base work compared to the grinding roller, the smeariness is generally smaller, even more precise regulation can be achieved in that in one arrangement According to Fig. 5, the friction between the particles of material is greater than that of one Arrangement according to FIG. 4 when the milling rollers are rotated in the direction of the arrow thinks.
