Composite profile, more particularly for frames of windows, doors and cladding panels, having a metal inner portion (1), a metal outer portion (2), at least one insulating crosspiece (3, 4, 30) made of plastics material, which connects the said portions to one another to form a heat-insulating bridge, and having metal reinforcements, which are secured by positive locking longitudinally on the edges of the insulating crosspiece, for holding the insulating crosspiece between the projecting crosspieces (9, 11, 29) of the inner and outer portions, characterised in that the metal reinforcements of the insulating crosspieces are designed as metal crosspieces (5, 15, 25, 35) having through-openings (8, 28, 38) in the form of holes or slots, and the plastics material forming the insulating crosspiece is injection-molded onto the metal crosspieces, such that it penetrates the openings, and the metal crosspieces are thereby embedded immovably in the insulating crosspiece.

Description

The invention relates to a composite profile, in particular for Frame of windows, doors and facade elements according to the Preamble of claim 1.

Such a composite profile is known from DE 30 24 532 A1. The groove webs of the inner and outer part are unmit telbar on the triangular or dovetail shape formed edge areas of the Iso made of plastic liersteges, which is not always connected to sufficient shear strength.

From DE 28 49 556 A1 is a similar composite profile for Windows, doors or the like known, in which between the grooves of the inner and outer parts and the one another parallel flanks on the edge areas of the Insulating bars metal profiles as intermediate pieces on the outside are placed, which engage positively in the grooves and preferably with the inner and outer parts Cold pressure welding are connected. With this Verbundpro filen penetrates the plastic that forms the insulating bridge the metal profiles applied to the insulating web are not.

Die seitliche Verzah nung des Lochblechstreifens liegt jedoch nur punktuell an den Nutstegen der Innen- und Außenteile an, und außerdem ist der Isoliersteg unterhalb eines Randbereiches mit einer Aussparung versehen, in die der eine Nutsteg form schlüssig eingepreßt wird.DE 29 37 454 A1 describes a composite profile, in particular known for windows, doors and facades, in which in the flanks running parallel to each other in the marginal area chen of the insulating web a toothed, with openings perforated sheet metal strip is injected in such a way, that the plastic forming the isolating bridge of the strip. The side gear However, the perforated plate strip is only at certain points the groove webs of the inner and outer parts, and also is the insulating bar below an edge area with Provide a recess into which the groove web form is pressed in conclusively.

It is an object of the invention to provide a generic combination to create a profile that has sufficient shear strength having.

The task is performed by the in the labeling section of claim 1 standing features solved.

Es zeigenThe following description of preferred embodiments the invention serves in connection with the attached drawing further explanation. Show it

Fig. 1 eine Querschnittansicht eines erfindungsgemäß verbesserten Verbundprofils und Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an improved composite profile according to the invention and

Fig. 1a eine Seitenansicht eines Metallsteges. Fig. 1a is a side view of a metal web.

As is apparent from Fig. 1, there is a composite profile, from which frames of windows, doors, facade elements or the like. Can be made of a metallic inner part and a metallic outer part 2 , which are connected by two insulating webs 3 , 4 heat insulating . The Ver bund profile extends with the cross section shown in Fig. 1 uniformly perpendicular to the plane of the drawing and can have a different length as required. The inner and outer parts 1 , 2 can consist of aluminum, aluminum alloy, steel or other metal. As a plastic for the production of the insulating webs 3 , 4 is suitable for example polyamide or polyethylene terephthalate, wherein these plastics can also be reinforced by glass fibers or other additives. If desired, the insulating webs 3 , 4 can also consist of a plastic having a porous or cellular structure, in particular of foamed plastic.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, metal webs 5 provided with perforations are embedded on the edge regions of the insulating webs 3 , 4 facing the inner and outer parts 1 , 2 . These metal webs 5 each have an end 6 protruding from the insulating web 3 , 4 , which is triangular or swallow in cross-section. A part 7 of the metal web 5 adjoining this end 6 has openings 8 in the form of holes or slots (see also FIG. 1a). Through the openings 8 he stretches the insulating webs 3 , 4 forming material through, so that in this way the insulating web 3 or 4 is immovably connected to the two metal webs 5 by positive locking. The penetration of the perforations 8 in the metal web 5 is achieved advantageously that in that the the insulating bars 3, 4-forming plastic to held at an appropriate distance metal webs 5 anspritzt, so that the apparent from FIG. 1 arrangement of two metal webs 5 in an insulating web 3 or 4 results.

When connecting the inner and outer parts 1 , 2 to form a composite profile, it is now only a matter of firmly connecting the ends 6 of the metal webs 5 protruding from the insulating webs 3 , 4 to the parts 1 , 2 . As shown, the two inner and outer parts 1 , 2 each have inwardly projecting outer webs 9 and inner webs 11 , each of which extends over the entire length of the parts 1 , 2 . The outer webs 9 have from the front and invariably the cross-sectional shape shown in Fig. 1, while the inner webs 11 initially project approximately perpendicularly from the parts 1 , 2 . After insertion or insertion of the respective ends 6 between the webs 9 and 11, the inner webs 11 are zoom bent form-fitting manner to the ends 6, which can be done by, for example, that webs by that of the parts 1, 2 and the insulation 3, 4 chamber formed of the composite profile pulls a corresponding mandrel with force. Since after the inner webs 11 take the inclined position shown in Fig. 1. Since, with the appropriate application of force, two metals are connected to one another at their contact surfaces, that is, immovably, that is, they cannot be displaced, a practically insoluble, even the highest stress-resistant connection between the ends 6 and thus the insulating webs 3 on the one hand and the inner and outer parts 1 , 2 of the composite profile. The integral connection of the metal webs 5 with the parts 1 , 2 is particularly strong when the metal webs 5 and the parts 1 , 2 are made of the same metal, for example aluminum or aluminum alloy.

Because of the immovable, positive connection between the insulating web 3 , 4 and metal web 5, on the one hand, and the integral, non-slip connection between the end 6 of the metal webs 5 and the parts 1 , 2 of the composite profile, there is an overall completely shear-resistant connection between the insulating webs 3 , 4 and parts 1 , 2 of the composite profile.

In the enclosed by the inner and outer parts 1 , 2 and the insulating webs 3 , 4 chamber ( Fig. 1), a convection flow is easily formed, which transports heat between parts 1 and 2 in an undesirable manner. In order to prevent such a convection flow occurring in the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1, transverse walls 12 , 13 , which are shown in broken lines in FIG. 1, may protrude from the insulating webs 3 , 4 .
