Description
The subject matter of the invention relates to a device that allows for the pressing of hollow bodies made of glass or other similar ones ■ fusible materials with protruding parts of various ^ shapes and dimensions at any point on the inner wall. The pressing of hollow bodies Up to now, glass has been done with the help of a core that shapes the inner surface of the • had a hollow body and which was allowed to descend into the mold which was one of the outer surfaces' the body had the appropriate design and the necessary amount of glass in it contained dough-like state necessary for the production of the body. For education inner projections used moving parts of the core, which are hollow possessed the approximate shape of the projection and in the interior against the let the outer surface move to produce the formation after the core descended ' was; then there was a retraction to allow the core to be withdrawn .. In the known devices, the moving shaping parts were the core firmly connected by articulation to arms that were stored in the core. These arms were even in a middle part in the wall. hinged to the core so that it can rotate. the Arms were moved automatically with the help of a rod, which alternately by 'use suitable cams on the inner and upper part of the arms acted. This arrangement has the primary disadvantage that it consists of a large There is a number of individual parts, which makes the construction complicated and expensive. On the other hand, the use of numerous joints results in a very fragile one Design type. The importance of this deficiency is particularly evident when one considers that such apparatus are intended to * to Glass' can be processed in a liquid state, the high temperature of which is necessarily the same adversely affects the metal parts. Such a device operating at great speed and great effort. used by an inexperienced hand must necessarily wear out very soon and quickly out of order. After all, you have to then the one moving part - be it when it is destroyed or it is that one 'it must replace because a differently designed projection producing shape uses ■ should be - replace, and this is only can be achieved by spending a lot of time and well-trained workers. These disadvantages 'are avoided by the subject matter of the present invention in that each of the moving parts of the core is firmly connected to the arm that carries it. This Arm is free in the interior of the ■ core-gen · » rests and lies only against a projection • the wall of the core, in such a way that it turns can swing this point as a point of contact. The displacements of these arms' become. brought about by the rod which is vertically movable in the interior of the core
Sie lassen sich ohne Schwierigkeiten verschieben und auswechseln, und die Ver-and in the manner of a curve thrust either 'on the outer lower parts or on the acts on the upper parts of the arm. The number of pieces that make up the apparatus) becomes in this way considerably diminished as there are * besides the core and the drive rod there is only one piece for each movable part / core. These pieces. are very durable and simple in construction. You can go without any difficulty move and replace, and the
. Wendung von Anlenkungen ist vollständig vermieden.. Turning of articulations is completely avoided.
The invention is shown, for example, in the accompanying drawing.
. .As an exemplary embodiment, the drawing shows the use of the invention in manufacture a tin can lid with two buttons on the inner wall, the one to attach the lid to the Jibes serve. . .

The device consists of a core 1 which has a shape that corresponds to the inner surface corresponds to the hollow body to be produced. This core is mediated by screws 2 suspended from a plate 3 which is supported by a rod 4. This a longitudinal movement from top to bottom and vice versa can be granted. The core 1 is hollow and at its lower part with two radial openings. provided, in which the moving parts 5 of the core are mounted.
Jeder dieserThese moving parts carry the two buttons 6 as a hollow shape, which are inside on the Molding to be molded. Each of these
. beweglichen Teile 5 ist mit einem Arm' 7 ausgestattet, welcher eine gebogene Form besitzt. moving parts 5 is equipped with an arm '7, which has a curved shape
. und mit seiner konvexen Seite sich an der inneren Wandung des Kernes derart abwälzen kann, daß die beweglichen Teile 5 sich von innen nach außen und umgekehrt bewegen.. and roll with its convex side on the inner wall of the core in this way can that the moving parts 5 move from the inside to the outside and vice versa.
" ■, ■These movements of the parts 5 are 'brought about with the help of a rod 8, which an extension of the 'rod 4 forms. For this purpose, the rod 8 has two convex ones curved surfaces 9 which act on the concave surfaces 10 of the arms 7 and the latter Forcing to swing out when the rod 8 moves from top to bottom and the other way around. "■, ■
"Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist nun . die folgende:"The mode of operation of the device is as follows:
If the core 1 of the plate 3, as shown in Fig. Ι, is held, so must the ; Rod 8 occupy their upper position with respect to the core 1, and it acts on the upper part of the two arms 7 in such a way that the latter are kept in such a position that the moving parts 5 of the core ■ are drawn inwards. In this position, the core ι is pressed down into the usual shape 11. As a hollow shape, the shape is given the outer shape of the lid. The required amount of glass was first placed in this mold. The decline of the core is limited by the fact that the ring 19 meets the edge against the mold as soon as v has received to be formed molding generally the desired shape. The parts then assume the position indicated in FIG. The rod 4 goes even further down, which is made possible by the fact that the heads of the screws 2 can slide freely in the holes 12 of the plate 3. The convex surfaces 9 of the rod 3 then act on the lower part of the concave surfaces 10 of the arms 7, ie below the point of oscillation of these arms, and consequently force the moving parts 5 of the core to move outwards and thus the shape of the buttons 6 1 to accomplish. This position can be seen from FIG. The "rod 8 now" goes back to the top and assumes the position shown in FIG. 1 again; it then leads the moving parts 5 inward. At that moment the heads of the screws 2 come into contact again with the conical recess provided in the bottom of the holes 12; such that the rod 4 in its further. Upward movement must pull the core 1 out of the mold.
You can regulate the position of the screws 2 by making them more or less deep screwed into the core 1.
'As can be seen from Fig. 3 of the drawing, the rod carries 8 edges 13 which, as Guides during the displacement of the rod .110 with respect to the arms 7 are used. The plate 3 is still enclosed by a protective sleeve 14. '
In Betracht kommen namentlichThe molding produced according to the example described is a glass lid 15, the ■ _ is equipped with two buttons 6 ■. These Buttons can rest against the lower part of two helical ribs 16, which are provided on the neck of the container to be closed with the molding. This container can obviously be made of any material and for any purpose be determined. In particular, are eligible
Bottles, jam pots, tin cans, sterilizing containers and the like such cover is done by turning the cover like a screw, whereby the edge of the cover is pressed against the rubber ring ϊ8.
