Abstract
On the one hand, the design and, on the other hand, the use of a circuit arrangement consisting of resistors, electronic components and a charging capacitor for time-limited signaling by means of a transistor is proposed essentially via a downstream Darlington transistor an optical and / or acoustic signal generator serving as a warning device, advantageously the practically unavoidable negative interference voltage influences occurring outside the circuit arrangement in the circuit of the associated voltage source being blocked via a further diode.
Description
The present invention is based on a warning device designed according to the preamble of the main claim the end.
A warning device with such a circuit arrangement is provided in particular to to generate a signal at its output that only occurs once each time the voltage is switched on, namely is only pending for a certain period of the switch-on time.
To achieve such a purpose, it is known to use what are known as differential amplifiers. Disadvantageous it is, however, that in addition to the first transistor there is also a second cooperating with the charging capacitor and thus the transistor representing the electronic component is used.
AS 17 63 563, in which the switching state of a single transistor can be influenced by a diode connected to its base and a C-GIied and by interchanging R and C as well can be used for signaling for a limited time, but the switching time of this circuit arrangement is dependent on the temperature and the base current of the transistor used, which loads the λC element, due to a different structure
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schaltungsanordnung zur zeitlich begrenzten Signalgabe für eine Warnvorrichtung zu schaffen, deren Schaltzeit von Temperaturschwankungen und Bauteiletoleranzen weitgehend unabhängig ist und die sich durch einen einfachen Aufbau auszeichnetThe present invention is based on the object of a circuit arrangement for the time-limited To provide signaling for a warning device whose switching time depends on temperature fluctuations and component tolerances is largely independent and is characterized by a simple structure
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches angegebenen Merkmale gelöstAccording to the invention, the object is specified by the characterizing part of the main claim Features solved
In order to prevent the circuit arrangement or the warning device from working properly it is particularly advantageous to connect the lead connected to the positive terminal of the voltage source A circuit arrangement - known per se for this purpose - suppressing negative interference voltages Insert diode. This ensures that the signaling period does not come from outside transmitted interference is affected.
On the basis of a drawing example shown in the drawing and one in connection therewith The present invention is explained in more detail in the diagram.
As shown in FIG. 1, the circuit arrangement designed according to the invention forms the part of a warning device located to the left of a dividing line II. The circuit arrangement has a voltage divider consisting of two resistors Ri, R 2 , one partial resistor R i being connected to the positive pole of the voltage source supplying the voltage Ub via a forward diode D 1 and the other partial resistor R 2 being connected to the negative pole connected to the voltage source. The emitter of a transistor TX carrying a voltage Us on its collector for a limited time is connected to the divider point of this first voltage divider, which has a voltage of 0.5 Ub by suitable dimensioning of the partial resistances RX and R2 . The base of this transistor TX is connected to the divider point of a second voltage divider formed on the one hand from a resistor R 3 and a diode D 2 and on the other hand from a resistor R 4 , the diode O 2 and thus the transistor TX via a one connected to the negative pole on the one hand and on the other hand, charging capacitor C1, which engages in the connecting line between resistor R3 and diode D 2, can be influenced.
If the voltage U B is supplied to the circuit arrangement by a switch, not shown for the sake of simplicity, at the time fl (FIG. 2), a voltage of 0.5 is applied to the emitter of the transistor Ti when the resistors RX, R2 are dimensioned in the aforementioned manner Ub- Since the charging capacitor C1 is not yet charged at this moment, the diode D 2 blocks and the transistor Π is turned on, so that the signal voltage Us appears at its collector output.
Nachdem der Ladekondensator Ci in einem von der Größe des Widerstandes R 3 abhängigen Zeitraum geladen ist und die Ladespannung des Kondensators C i den Wert von 0,5 Ub überschreitet, wird die Diode D 2 durchlässig und sperrt zum Zeitpunkt 12 den TransistorAfter the charging capacitor Ci is charged in a period dependent on the size of the resistor R 3 and the charging voltage of the capacitor C i exceeds the value of 0.5 Ub , the diode D 2 becomes permeable and blocks the transistor at time 12
Π, so daß an seinem Kollektorausgang die Signalspannung Us nicht mehr ansteht.Π, so that the signal voltage Us is no longer present at its collector output.
The suitably dimensioned voltage divider, consisting of resistor R 3 and diode D 2 on the one hand and resistor R 4 on the other, ensures that transistor Π is not turned on again. The capacitor CI continues to be charged except for the voltage divider R 3 , R 4 certain value. In this context it is favorable that the temperature response during the signal transmission time 1 1 - 12 is determined only by the temperature coefficient of the charging capacitor C1, which is designed as an electrolytic capacitor, because the influences of the diode DI and the transistor Ti compensate each other. Another advantage is that the WC combination consisting of the resistor R 3 and the charging capacitor Cl is not loaded until the switching threshold of the transistor Π is reached. If negative voltage changes originating from other consumers of the voltage source occur in the supply line of the circuit arrangement, their influence on the circuit arrangement is prevented by the diode D 1 provided there. Positive voltage changes are not blocked because they cannot influence the function of the circuit arrangement.
Wird nun erfindungsgemäß die Schaltungsanordnung bei einer insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge geeigneten Warnvorrichtung angewandt, so wird der Kollektorausgang des Transistors Ti über einen Widerstand R 5 mitIf, according to the invention, the circuit arrangement is used in a warning device particularly suitable for motor vehicles, the collector output of the transistor Ti is connected via a resistor R 5
The resistor R 5 is here the part of resistance of its other partial resistance / 6 to the negative terminal of the voltage source connected to the voltage divider is of the Darlington transistor T2, a buzzer Su is connected to the voltage U B in by controlled state -. Acted Uce, to which a Damping resistor R 7 is connected in parallel
The obvious application of the circuit arrangement according to the invention in a motor vehicle provided warning device has the particular advantage that due to the frequently occurring there negative interference voltages do not affect the function of the warning device shortly after it becomes effective the same is interrupted again and thus overheard by the driver or when using an optical Signal can be overlooked.
Activation of the signal generator due to interference voltages is also possible after a once expired Warning process avoided.
