Description
The invention relates to a load selector switch according to the Ober Concept of claim 1.
A load selector switch with these features is from DE-AS 25 20 670 known. With this load selector switch is the isolator position between the bridge contacts to a small extent changeable. A rotation of the switch causes if a pivoting of the bridging contacts, the leading bridge contact is lifted from the contact, wäh the trailing bridging contact around the contact runs around and lies against it until the leading one Bridging contact opened on the neighboring contact is. The bridging contacts pivot independently from each other about joint axes formed by the handlebars. The Ab the position of these axes remains constant. So now until Reaching the contact through the bridging contact Get contact between the bridging contact and the contact remains, the bridging contacts must be given The distance between the contacts should be large enough. This adversely affects the size of the switch out. Another possibility is that the contacts accordingly close to each other, which is a correct one and difficult switching between contacts is difficult, if not very tight tolerances when mounting the switch be respected. Despite careful assembly and adjustment of the individual elements is therefore in the course of using the Switch the case does not rule out that in certain Switching states of the trailing bypass contact still on the contact or that the bridging contact already lies on the contact following the contact. For this reason, the previously known load selector switch a more compact and therefore smaller construction puts. These limits are also with regard to the below different voltages that are switched to see.
Although from GB-PS 10 26 846 a load selector switch be knows the bridging contacts at the ends of two arms are arranged, the egg with a switch rotation with the help Nes linkage are moved relative to each other. The ge However, it happens here in that the hinge axis in one undulating, concentric around the center of rotation of the Switch arranged guide runs. Accordingly, the wel len-shaped guidance exactly on the constellation of the contacts be coordinated. Due to the additional arrangement of the compli graced leadership and the care that must be taken previously known construction complex and prone to failure, because Foreign bodies can accumulate in the guide, which the Falsify leadership characteristics.
The object of the invention is a load selector switch kind of smaller and more compact where mentioned the bridging when the main contact is in the working position contacts a sufficient distance to the neighboring have beard first contacts.
According to the invention, this object is characterized by the solved the part of claim 1 contained features.
Because the separation or the distance between the over bridging contacts in the direction of the movement of the movable Carrier can be changed relative to the fixed support member, , it is possible during a voting circuit in which the Working contact arrangement from your stationary operating position in which they are in contact with the selected first Contact is in their stationary operating position in which they are in contact with the adjacent selected first contact, the disconnected position between initially to change the bridging contacts enlarge that the bridge contacts the selected and the out chose bridged first contact and thus bridged the contact remains on until at least the working contact order out of contact with the selected first contact and in Contact position with the selected first contact moves has been, and subsequently the separation distance between the Reduce bridging contacts. The change in Separation distance of the bridging contacts enables the first contacts a limited extension towards the Have carrier movement, creating a compact structure Load selector switch is realized.
Advantageous developments of the invention are by the in the features contained in the subclaims.
Darin zeigtAn exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below the drawing. It shows

Fig. 3 schematisch verschiedene Stellungen des Ge stänges des in Fig. 1 dargestellten Lastwahl schalters. Fig. 3 shows schematically different positions of the Ge rod of the load selection switch shown in Fig. 1.
The multiple load selector switch shown in FIG. 1 and generally identified by the reference numeral 1 comprises a stationary, electrically insulating support member 2 which bears a number of first contacts 3 (only some of which are provided with a reference sign and two of which are provided Adjacent with the reference numerals 3 A and 3 B in Fig. 1), which are fixed along a circle at points at a uniform distance from each other, and further has a movable, electrically insulating (non-conductive) support 4 , which is attached to a rotating shaft 5 . The shaft 5 extends through a cylindrical bore, not shown, which is provided in the support member 2 , so that the shaft 5 is rotatable relative to the support member 2 and has an axis which extends through the center of the circle, on the circumference of which the first Contacts 3 are arranged. On the carrier 4 ei ne generally identified by the reference numeral 6 main contact arrangement and a generally 7 be marked parallel linkage.
Although Fig. 1 only includes a schematic view showing main contact assembly comprises a main or working contact of copper for effecting elec trical contact with a cylindrical copper portion of each first contact 3 and a rotatable and cylindrical short-circuit terminal (arcing contact) of a copper Tungsten alloy, which is arranged in a radially movable manner relative to the working contact, so that an electrical contact with a cylindrical portion of copper-tungsten alloy of each first contact 3 can be produced. Advantageously, not shown first Fe derelemente are provided to resiliently press the short-circuit contact rela tive to the working contact radially outward. Second spring elements, also not shown, serve to press the working contact arrangement 6 in a flexible manner radially outward against the first contacts 3 .
The parallel linkage 7 comprises a first and second link 8 and 9 , which are each pivotally connected near their ends to a shaft 10 which is arranged on the carrier 4 and forms a first joint, and further has a third and fourth Len ker 11 and 12 , which each have first ends 11 a and 12 a and second ends 11 b and 12 b . The Len ker 11 and 12 are articulated between their ends by a movable stub shaft 13 to each other, the stub shaft protruding at one end into an elongated guide slot 14 (see FIG. 2) which is formed in the carrier 4 and its width is only slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft 13 . The shaft 13 causes a scissor-like effect for the links 11 and 12 and represents a second joint for the parallel linkage 7. The ends of the links 8 and 9 , which are arranged away from the first joint, are each with the first ends 12 a and 11 b of the fourth and third link with pivotable stub shafts 15 and 16 pivotally connected, whereby third and fourth joints are formed for the parallel linkage 7, respectively. One end of each shaft 15, 16 protrudes a short distance, so that the projecting shaft ends can be connected to one another by means of a helical tension spring 17 which pulls the shafts 15 and 16 against one another. Another helical spring, not shown, can connect the opposite ends of each shaft 15, 16 to one another. Optionally, additional spring elements, not shown, can be seen in the form of a spring metal strip or wire, the spring metal being wound around one end of the shaft 15 ( 16 ) and opposite arm sections acting against the shafts 10 and 13 , around the shafts 15 and 16 squeeze. In each case near the second ends 11 b and 12 b of the handlebars 11 and 12 , contact rollers 18 and 19 made of a copper / tungsten alloy are arranged which form a pair of bridging contacts for bridging the cylindrical sections of adjacent pairs of first contacts 3 . The contact rollers 18 and 19 are electrically conductively connected to opposite ends of a center-tapped resistor 20 a , 20 b . The coil spring or coil springs 17 and the spring metal strip or wire (if present) press the rollers 18 and 19 resiliently into a position (see FIG. 1) in which they are at a minimal distance from one another.
If the normally open contact arrangement 6 is in an operating position in the electrically conductive contact with the first contact 3 A , as shown for example in FIG. 1, the bridging contacts are te on each side of the first contact 3 A (see FIG. 1 and fully extended position of Fig. 3) arranged. In order to effect a shift change, the shaft 5 is rotated in one direction relative to the support member 2 about its axis. If, for example, the working contact arrangement 6 is to be moved into contact position with the first contact 3 B , which closes at the contact 3 A , the shaft 5 is rotated clockwise A (see FIGS. 1 and 3). At the beginning of the run after de bridge contact 18 is moved 3 A in contact with the first contact, which serves as a cam to push the bridge contact 18 radially inwardly when the contact 18 is moved over its surface. Since the shaft 10 is arranged on the movable carrier 4 in a fixed position, the movement of the contact 18 ra dial is received inwardly by a radial contraction of the parallel linkage 7 , whereby the shafts 15 and 16 against the spring or springs 17 and spring metal strips or wires (if any) are pressed apart. When the shafts are moved away from each other 15 and 16, reach the Brückenkon contacts 18 and 19 farther apart, which has the result that the front bridge contact 19 B 3 is moved relative to the carrier in the circumferential direction against the first contact. Because of this relative movement in the circumferential direction of the extent of rotational movement of the shaft 5 is tung in Rich A, which required the front brid kenkontakt 19 in the contact position with the first con tact to bring 3 B, smaller than would be the case if the bridge contacts 18 and 19 could not be moved apart in the circumferential direction, but would be mounted on the carrier 4 such that they can only move radially inwards. If the bridging contacts 18 and 19 are in contact with the first contacts 3 A and 3 B (see dashed line in Fig. 3), the further rotation of the shaft 5 in direction A requires that the contact of the normally open contact arrangement 6 with the first contact 3 A interrupted and the contact position with the first contact 3 B is established. Finally, with continued rotation of the shaft 5 in direction A, the trailing or rear bridge contact 18 leaves contact with the first contact 3 A and the front bridge contact 19 comes out of contact with the first contact 3 B , so that the bridge contacts on each side and are arranged at a distance from the first contact 3 B (cf. dash-dotted line in FIG. 3).
If the work contact assembly 6 clocking a Arbeitskon and includes a short-circuit terminal in the above-beschrie enclosed manner, the working contact is in front of a contact of the front bridge contact with which he most contact 3 B from the contact position with the first contact moves 3 A, wherein the short-circuit terminal even 3 A is left in contact with the first contact. The contact between the short-circuit contact and the most contact 3 A is not interrupted until the front de bridging contact comes into contact with the most contact 3 B. If this is done (see dashed line in Fig. 3), the rear bridging contact 18 remains in contact position with the first contact 3 A and the front bridge contact 19 remains in contact position with the first contact 3 B until the shaft 5 is at a suitable angle has rotated in direction A , so that the Kurzschlußkon clock can be moved into contact position with the first contact 3 b . In the last stages of the circuit, the normally open contact is moved into contact with the first contact 3 B and the bridging contacts 18 and 19 assume their positions on each side of the first contact 3 B.
According to the invention it is realized that the first contact 3 B serves as a cam during the above-described selector circuit when the front bridging contact 19 is moved over its contact surface. It may be appropriate (or even essential) for the contact rollers 18 and 19 that they are respectively mounted on the third and fourth links in such a way that they are opposed to the axis of the shaft 5 relative to the links on which they are mounted the resilient pretension can be moved. Of course, such a movement would have to be limited to ensure that the first contacts 3 can achieve the desired cam effect.
If it is desired to move the work contact assembly back into the contact position with the first contact 3 A, the shaft 5 is rotated counterclockwise. The mode of operation of the selector switch 1 is then similar to the movement described above, but with the exception that the contact roller 19 represents the rear or trailing bridge contact and the contact roller 18 represents the front bridging contact.
The arrangement of the bridge contacts 18 and 19 on the parallel linkage 7, which was motion the change of from the bridge contacts allows 18 and 19 in order circumferential direction (ie the direction of movement of the contacts 18 and 19), enables the formation of a compact multi-selector switch 1, in which the first contacts 3 are arranged along the circumference of a circle which has a relatively small radius. So far, the multiple selector switches have been formed essentially with bridge contacts, which are located at a fixed distance from each other and are pressed against first contacts, which are arranged at an equal distance from each other, each contact having an extent in the circumferential direction, at least as large as the distance between the bridge contacts. With these previously known multiple selector switches, which have a large number of first contacts, it was therefore necessary for the first contacts to be arranged along the circumference of a circle which has a relatively large radius. As further 3 seen from FIG., Are the Brückenkon contacts 18 and 19 zueinan at a maximum distance which, when the carrier 4 is located in the circumferential direction in an intermediate position substantially in the middle between a pair of locations where the action of the Working contact takes place, the contacts 18 and 19 touching the contacts 3 A and 3 B in their dashed positions. In this way he enables the variable geometry of the panto count-like parallel linkage 7 that the distance between two contact rollers 18 and 19 for bridging an adjacent pair of fixed first contacts 3 increases and can then also be reduced, so that in a parked, stationary position on each side of a first contact 3 the distance between each contact 18, 19 and the adjacent first contact 3 is maximized.
In order to cause the shaft 5 to rotate, a gearwheel (not shown) can be fixed to the shaft 5 . In this case the gear wheel may be provided with an elongated slot (not shown) which is dimensioned in a similar manner to the slot 14 in the carrier 4 to receive an extended end of the shaft 13 .
Any one or more of the rotatable short-circuit contacts of the normally open contact arrangement 6 and the contact rollers 18 and 19 can be mounted such that they can rotate in one direction, but rotation in the opposite direction is prevented if these contacts against the surfaces of the first contacts 3 be moved.
Although the invention relates to a rotatable Multiple load selector switch has been described the invention also to a linear switch reversible, which is arranged along a straight line nete first contacts.
The bridge contacts can be electrically connected to a tapped reactance, for example one inductive reactance, instead of one in the Middle tapped resistor, electrically connected be.
