Verfahren zur Entschlammung von Festpartikeln ent-Process for the desludging of solid particles
des Auswaschsystems.holding wastewater prior art The invention is based on one
Method according to the preamble of the main claim. Especially when it comes to spray painting
Accruing tack sludge in spray booths and booths deteriorates with increasing
Quantity the coagulation of the sprayed paint and thus the perfect function
the washout system.
As a result, there is increased cabin pollution, see above
that shorter cleaning intervals are necessary. The paint particles settle
for the most part on the pool floor, some swims up and forms lacquer patties
and a smaller part remains in the balance. The suspended particles
are filtered out with filters (e.g. coke), the floating cakes are skimmed off
and the settled sludge is removed from the water basin during general cleaning
removed. With this type of desludging, coagulants must be added to the paint
so that since the coagulants are mostly alkaline, the effluents
later have to be neutralized. In addition, must
at
the use of chromate-containing paints ensure that in the wastewater
the chromate is reduced and removed from the wastewater in this way.
Advantages of the invention The method according to the invention with the characterizing
Features of the main claim has the advantage that through the continuous
Discharge of the constantly accumulating solid particles of the cleaning cycle many times over
enlarged and the cleaning effort is significantly reduced. In addition, will
a consistent quality of the washout system is achieved. Is of great benefit
also that it has surprisingly been found that this method in the case of
Desludging of paintwork wastewater also operated completely without coagulants
can be and that, moreover, when using heavy metal pigmented
Varnish the pigment is found in the sludge left in the centrifuge,
so that overall neither a detoxification of the wastewater nor a separation of heavy metals
is necessary. The measures listed in the subclaims are advantageous
Further developments and improvements of the method specified in the main claim are possible.
It is particularly advantageous for the continuous removal of the
Solid particles from the liquid surface to use a skimmer, with its
Help the surface layer of the bath is continuously vacuumed.
Drawing An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing
and explained in more detail in the following description. The figure shows
schematically a plant in plan view, with the help of which the method according to the invention
is carried out. The embodiment relates to the desludging
of painting effluents, but it is by no means restricted to such effluents, it
Rather, it can in principle be used for the desludging of all wastewater,
which contain solid particles.
zum Düsenrohr 3.Description of the exemplary embodiment The system with which the inventive
The method is carried out consists of a container 1 in which the washing water
the spray booth is collected. The container 1 has a content, for example
of 8 m3. In the container 1 there are nozzle pipes 2 and 3 with supply pipes 4
and 5. At one end of the container 1 floats on the surface of the liquid
Skimmer 6, which allows the surface layer of the liquid to be sucked off. Above
a pipe 7 is the skimmer 6 with the suction side of a designated P
Pump 8 connected. Two pipes 9 and 9 go from the pressure side of the pump 8
10 to two slides 11 and 12. The pipeline 4 leads via the slider 11
the nozzle pipe 2, while from the slide 12 a pipe 13 to a Z.
designated centrifuge 14 leads. The pipeline 5 leads from the centrifuge 14
to the nozzle pipe 3.
LeerseiteIn the example chosen, the pump 8 has an output of 29 m
ih, while the centrifuge is only able to push through about 10 m3 / h. For this reason
the slide 11 and -12 are set so that by the slide 11 about 2/3
and about 1/3 of the amount of liquid pumped out are passed through the slide 12.
In total, the entire contents of the container are circulated around 3.5 times per hour. By
the liquid flowing out of the nozzle pipes 2 and 3 become the solid particles
constantly suspended and a large part of it arrives in this way
Liquid surface, so that this part can be sucked off by the skimmer 6
can. The part of the liquid that passes through the pipeline 10, the slide 12 and
the pipeline 13 enters the centrifuge 14 is in the centrifuge of the
Solid particles freed, so that practically through the pipe 5 via the nozzle pipe 3
pure water is returned to the container 1. This water is therefore called
to be called practically pure, as there are on the one hand no solid particles, on the other hand
but, as already stated above, in the case of using heavy metal pigmented,
z. B. chromate-containing paints also no longer contains chromate, as this is in the centrifuge
is retained together with other solid particles. That the entire system
can work without coagulants, has also already been mentioned above. Of the
in the centrifuge 14 accumulating sludge of solid particles must from time
can be discharged manually or automatically at the time. This mud is solid
and can be disposed of appropriately. The water will normally
circulated, however, it can if
this is permissible directly
be discharged into the sewer, e.g. B. in the case of a general cleaning of the
whole system, which is normally only necessary once a year. That
Water for sprinkling the spray booths is taken directly from container 1,
so that in principle a complete cycle is provided and only water losses,
caused, for example, by the moisture content of the sludge and evaporation,
need to be replaced.
