Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, sind entlang des zugespitzten Fühlerteiles 4 in unterschiedlichem Abstand zur Handhabe 3 Temperaturfühler I, II, III, IV vorgesehen, die über allgemein mit 5 bezeichnete Meßleitungen separat zur Handhabe 3~geführt sind, von wo aus sie in nicht weiter dargestellter Weise über eine gemeinsame Meßleitung 6 vorzugsweise über Steckverbindung mit einer nicht dargestellten elektrisch oder elektronischen Auswerteeinrichtung verbindbar sind. Ferner ist wenigsten ein weiterer Temperaturfühler IV bzw. im Falle der Fig. 3 ein weiterer Fühlerteil 11 so placiert, daß damit die Kerntemperatur der Speise erfaßt werden kann.
