Die erfindungsgemäße Temperaturmesseinrichtung ist somit in der Lage, zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturen, nämlich die Gargutinnentemperatur und die Umgebungstemperatur zu erfassen und durch die Kenntnis dieser beiden Temperaturen bspw. auf eine Restgarzeit zu schließen, wodurch der Garprozess insgesamt genauer steuerbar und dadurch leichter handhabbar ist. Generell ist dabei die Temperatur im Kochtopf bzw. im Ofen, d. h. die Umgebungstemperatur üblicherweise höher als die Gargutinnentemperatur, was sich jedoch im Laufe der Zeit und der Thermodynamik nahezu ausgleicht. Das Erreichen dieses thermodynamischen Gleichgewichts wird dabei üblicherweise durch eine Exponentialfunktion beschrieben. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Temperaturmesseinrichtung einen lanzeähnlichen Temperaturfühler zum Einstecken in das Gargut auf, wobei an einem freien Endbereich der Lanze bzw. des Temperaturfühlers ein erster Temperatursensor angeordnet ist, der in der Lage ist, die Gargutinnentemperatur zu erfassen.
