Die Reinigung von Papiergeweben ist insofern schwierig, als durch die nasse Behandlung des Gewebes eine Auflockerung des Gefüges hervorgerufen wird, die leicht zur Zerstörung des Gewebes führen kann. Zur Vermeidung dieser Auflockerung werden gemäß Patent 305427- Reinigungsmittel, wie kaltgesättigte Chlorkalklösung, verwendet, die eine so große reinigende Wirkung ausüben, daß sie nur ganz kurze Zeit auf das Gewebe einzuwirken brauchen.
