Description
Wie oben schon erwähnt, enthalten handelsübliche Maschinengeschirrspülmittel auch einen erheblichen Gehalt an Phosphaten, wie Natriumtripolyphosphat InThe present invention relates to a machine dishwashing detergent with reduced alkalinity Commercially available dishwasher detergents generally have a fairly high content of inorganic, alkaline salts such as phosphates and metasilicates and are mostly highly alkaline (pH around 12). These high alkalinity, which is primarily caused by the metasilicate content, becomes satisfactory Starch removal deemed necessary. Such a high alkalinity can lead to some Attack of the items to be cleaned and can also have an undesirable effect on the skin exercise when the dishwasher detergent z. B. comes into contact with the consumer's hand. It Tests have shown that the starch removal is negatively affected by the presence of metasilicate in the Rinsing bath can be influenced, creating a machine dishwashing detergent Available with reduced alkalinity, but with a good starch-removing effect appeared by reducing the metasilicate content, e.g. B, by replacing the metasilicate with e.g. B. Soda. It it was found, however, that this reduction and this replacement of the metasilicate lead to increased film formation on the objects to be cleaned. It was therefore an object of the invention to provide a machine dishwashing detergent with reduced alkalinity to create the nonetheless reduced metasilicate content a good one Shows starch removal and little film formation. As mentioned above, contain commercially available Machine dishwashing detergents also contain significant amounts of phosphates, such as sodium tripolyphosphate In
Versuche haben aber gezeigt, daß eine Verringerung des Phosphatgehalts zu einer verstärkten Calcium-Niederschlagsbildung auf den zu reinigenden Gegenständen führtLately, however, the possible contribution of these phosphates to the eutrophication of sea and sea River waters pointed out, and it has been suggested that the content of these phosphates in washing and washing To reduce detergents by replacing them in whole or in part with other build-up salts. Tests have shown, however, that a reduction in the phosphate content leads to an increased formation of calcium precipitates on the objects to be cleaned
It is already known from DE-OS 26 07 656 that Calcium precipitation from detergents and cleaning agents with reduced phosphate content increases reduce by a combination of certain organic complexing agents and certain polymers Protective colloids are incorporated into detergents and cleaning agents.
Tests have shown that a combination of these certain complexing agents or their combination with the certain polymeric protective colloids also in Machine dishwashing detergents with a reduced phosphate content reduce the formation of calcium deposits however, it is not achieved to a satisfactory extent.
It was therefore another object of the invention, the calcium precipitate and film formation of machine dishwashing detergents with reduced alkalinity with reduced metasilicate and phosphate content the one Combination of certain organic complexing agents and possibly certain polymeric protective colloids have to decrease.
Diese Ester sind aus der DE-OS 2144 425 zur Verwendung in Klarspülmitteln für das maschinelle Spülen von Geschirr bekanntIt has now been found according to the invention that these objects can be achieved by adding a short-chain organic phosphoric acid ester to these machine dishwashing detergents. These short-chain organic phosphoric acid esters are aliphatic or cycloaliphatic phosphoric acid mono- and / or diesters with 1 to 8 carbon atoms in the alcoholic group of the ester, preferably QC 4 mono- or dialkyl phosphates. These esters are known from DE-OS 2144 425 for use in rinsing agents for machine washing of dishes
The combination of certain organic complexing agents is known from DE-OS 26 07 656. It is a combination of calcium complexing compounds from the group of organic phosphonic acids and substituted polyacrylic acids, which have a pKc ? Have a 2+ value of 5-9.5.
The invention thus relates to a dishwasher detergent with reduced alkali death, reduced metasilicate and phosphate content, which has a content of eilisr combination of calcium complex-forming organic Phosphonic acids and substituted polyacrylic acids or their sodium, potassium or ammonium salts with a pKc, 2+ of 5-93 characterized; that there is a content of aliphatic or cycloaliphatic mono- and / or Has diphosphoric acid esters with 1-8 carbon atoms in the alcohol group.
The invention is discussed in more detail below. Where by "means" when talking about the machine dishwashing detergent according to the invention is meant. The percentages relate based on% by weight of the composition.
The agent has a reduced alkalinity; the pH should be below 11, preferably below 10.6 lie; however, it should have an alkaline pH value, preferably above 9.
B. Natrium-Citrat und Natrium-Carboxymethyloxysuccinat The agent has a reduced methosilicate content, and contains no more than 5% metasilicate, and preferably no metasilicate at all, others Silicates, such as B, water glass, can contain up to about 10% be properly incorporated into the mean. The metasilicate can be replaced by other, less alkaline salts be replaced on average. Soda has proven to be particularly useful for this purpose, which is in an amount of 50-70% can be present. The average phosphate content is at most 10%, and preferably contains the agent no phosphate The phosphate can be replaced by other known organic salts become, such as B. sodium citrate and sodium carboxymethyloxysuccinate
In this regard, it has been shown that the invention achieves particularly good results when the phosphate has been replaced by these above organic building salts. In general, the agent contains these organic building salts in an amount of up to 10%. The combination of calcium complex-forming compounds contains organic phosphonic acids and substituted polyacrylic acids. The calcium complex-forming compounds which come into consideration according to the invention are organic phosphonic acids or their salts with a pK Ca 2-i value of 5-9.5. Suitable examples are 1-ethane-hydroxy-U-diphosphonic acid, nitrilotrismethylene phosphonic acid and ethylenediaminotetraphosphonic acid. The latter compound is preferred. Substituted polyacrylic acids may also be mentioned as calcium complex-forming compounds. These are poly-a-oxyacrylic acids with a degree of polymerization of at least 3 and a COOH: OH ratio of 1: 2 to 3: 1 and a molecular weight of about 800 to about 30,000. These poly-a-oxyacrylic acids can be used in brains as such or as their sodium, potassium or ammonium salts or as their lactones. They should also have a ρΚ & 2+ value of 5-94.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß insbesondere eine Mischung von Äthylendiaminotetraphosphonsäure und Poly-ahydroxyacrylsäurelacton zu guten Ergebnissen fahrtIt has been shown that in particular a mixture of ethylenediaminotetraphosphonic acid and poly-ahydroxyacrylic acid lactone leads to good results
