Bei dem veranschaulichten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Filmband durch Führungsrollen g derart geführt, daß es an zwei Stellen zum Anliegen an die Polierwalze kommt. Die Führungsrollen, von denen die eine in Fig. 4 in größerem Maßstabe veranschaulicht ist, können hierbei verstellbar gelagert sein, wodurch einerseits der Berührungspunkt zwischen Filmband und Polierwalze verlegt, andererseits das Filmband auf ein größeres oder kleineres Stück zum Anliegen an die Polierwalze gebracht werden kann.
