Claims (3)

1. Hydraulisches Mehrteilespannmodul mit integriertem Druckerzeuger sowie Positionier- und Adaptionselementen für eine Mittenanordnung auf genuteten Werkzeugmaschinentischen und Maschinenpaletten von Bohr-Fräs-Bearbeitungszentren unterschiedlicher Dimensionie­ rungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß alle mindestens an einer Seitenfläche (2) eines rechtkantigen Aufspannkörpers (1) quer zu dessen Körper-Mittenachse (3) gerichtet, jeweils in einer Reihe parallel nebeneinander liegenden Spannzylinder (4), mit nach außen gerichteten Kolbenstangen (5), Spanneisen (21) betätigend, angeordnet sind und
mittels eines in der Körper-Mittenachse (3) angeordneten Drucköl kompromierenden Druck­ zylinders (6), von einem Drehantrieb (7) aus betätigt, bewegbar sind und
daß der Aufspannkörper (1) mittels eines Mittenbolzens (8) und des Richtbolzens (9), dessen Parallelführungs-Kopfteil (10) entlang der Wände eines Mittennut (11), an der Unterseite (12) des Aufspannkörpers (1) achsgleich zur Position der Richtbohrung, im Abstandsmaß (16) zum Mittenbolzen (8) und der Mittenbohrung in der Maschinenpalette (19), einstellbar positioniert ist, und
daß der Aufspannkörper (1) mittels Befestigungsschrauben in zugehörigen Körper-Befesti­ gungsbohrungen (13), die in konstanten Abstandsmaßen (17) voneinander entfernt, im Auf­ spannkörper (1) angeordnet sind oder in
Laschenbohrungen (15) in vier Adaptionswinkeln (14), die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten­ flächen (2) des Aufspannkörpers (1), in konstanten Abstandsmaßen (18) voneinander entfernt, angeordnet sind,
in parallelen T-Nuten oder rasterartig angeordneten Gewindebohrungen und Klemmbuchsen (20) auf den Oberflächen von Maschinenpaletten (19) genau positioniert und stabil befestigt sind.
