Claims (1)

  1. Verbindungselement in der Unfallchirurgie/Orthopädie zur elastischen Stabilisierung von Gelenken. Es handelt es sich um eine Schraube mit folgenden Merkmalen:
    • 1. in den Schaft ist eine Spiralfeder eingearbeitet (Hauptanspruch),
    • 2. die Ein- und Ausdrehkräfte wirken direkt im Gewindeabschnitt, die Spiralfeder wird damit weitgehend von Drehkräften entlastet (Nebenanspruch).
