Claims (5)

1. Endoprothesen-System mit Keramiksteckkugel und exzentrischem Adapter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - der Adapter (20, 40) bezüglich des Außenkonus (42) einen exzentrischen Innenkonus (15, 41) aufweist,
  • - der Adapter (20, 40) gleichzeitig Wandstärken aufweist, die eine intraoperative Feinkorrektur des CCD-Winkels (β) und der Halslänge (A) ermöglicht,
  • - der Adapter (20, 40) eine besonders hohe thermische Materialsteifigkeit besitzt.
2. Endoprothesen-System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Keramiksteckkugel(10) auf den Adapter (20,40) steckbar ist, deren Innenkonus einen Winkel (α) von 5°43'30 ± 1° aufweist.
3. Endoprothesen-System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Keramiksteckkugel (10) eine größte Konusöffnung von 20 mm aufweist.
4. Endoprothesen-System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Boden (21, 43) des Adapters (20, 40) mindestens zwei Gewindebohrungen (22, 45) vorhanden sind.
5. Endoprothesen-System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialsteifigkeit der Adapter (20, 40) dadurch erreicht wird, indem sie aus Cobalt-Chrom-Molybdän gefertigt sind.
