Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abschnürvorrichtung für Körperteile, insbesondere einen Venenstauer, mit einem Abschnürband, einem Verschluß- und Klemmechanismus, durch den sich das Abschnürband erstreckt, einem an dem einen Ende des Abschnürbandes befestigten Verschlußteil, das mit dem Verschluß- und Klemmechanismus lösbar verbindbar ist, und einem an dem anderen Ende des Abschnürbandes befestigten Endstück.The invention relates to a constriction device for body parts, in particular a tourniquet, with a constriction band, a closure and clamping mechanism through which the constriction band extends, a closure part fastened to one end of the constriction band, which can be detachably connected to the closure and clamping mechanism, and an end piece fastened to the other end of the constriction band.

An dem einen Ende des Abschnürbandes ist ein Endstück vorgesehen, das als Rückhaltevorrichtung dient, so daß das Abschnürband nicht aus dem Verschluß- und Klemmechanismus gezogen werden kann. An dem anderen Ende des Abschnürbandes ist ein Verschlußteil vorgesehen, das zum einen ebenfalls als Rückhaltevorrichtung dient und zum anderen mit dem Verschluß- und Klemmechanismus unter Bildung einer Schlaufe lösbar verbunden werden kann.EP 0 566 036 B1 discloses a constriction device for body parts, in particular a tourniquet, which has a closure and clamping mechanism through which an elastic constriction band extends. Die Verwendung von Einweg-Venenstauern hat aber eine größere Abfallmenge zur Folge, die zu höheren Entsorgungskosten führt und die Umwelt belastet. Somit können die einzelnen Venenstauer sicher voneinander unterschieden und jedem Patienten ein eigener Venenstauer zugeteilt werden.
