Claims (7)

1. Heißleimdüse in Form einer metallischen Überwurfmut­ ter (1), die an einem Ende eine Düsenkapillare (8) auf­ weist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfmutter (1) einen Keramikeinsatz (6) mit der Düsenkapillare (8) auf­ weist.
2. Heißleimdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfmutter (1) aus CuZn39Pb3 besteht.
3. Heißleimdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass der Keramikeinsatz (6) aus einem Material auf der Basis von Aluminiumoxid oder Zirkoniumoxid be­ steht.
4. Heißleimdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keramikeinsatz (6) in eine zugeordnete Ausnehmung der Überwurfmutter (1) eingepresst ist.
5. Heißleimdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung als durchgehende Stufenbohrung (4) ausgebildet ist, in die der zylindri­ sche, mit einem Radialflansch (5) versehene Keramikeinsatz (6) eingepresst ist.

Heißleimdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stufenbohrung (4) an ihrem Ende mit größerem Durchmesser in einen Gewindeabschnitt der Überwurfmutter (1) übergeht und dass im Übergangsbe­ reich eine die Stufenbohrung (4) umgebende Dichtkante (10) als Anlage für das Ende einer leimführenden Anschlussbuch­ se (3) vorgesehen ist.
7. Heißleimdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenkapillare (8) als Ab­ schnitt einer Stufenbohrung (7) im Keramikeinsatz (6) aus­ gebildet ist.
