Description
Die Erfindung handelt von einer Zierleistengruppe eines Kraftfahrzeuges, die aus zwei in der Richtung ihrer Erstreckung an einer Stossfläche aneinander anschliessenden Zierleisten und einem Zwischenstück zu deren Verbindung besteht, wobei der Querschnitt der Zierleisten an einem Ende je einen zum Fahrzeug gerichteten Winkelsteg aufweist, der in der Zierleiste eine erste Längsnut bildet, und wobei das Zwischenstück ein federnder flächiger Bauteil ist, der mit seinen beiden Längsenden in der einen und in der anderen Zierleiste steckt. Einseitiges Ankleben der Zwischenstücke hat zwar eine gewisse Verbesserung gebracht, ist wegen des dafür erforderlichen Spezialklebers und des erhöhten Arbeitsaufwandes bei der Montage aber nicht erwünscht. Erfindungsgemäß wird das mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des ersten Anspruches erreicht. Die beiden Zierleisten werden somit einerseits durch das vorzugsweise als Klammer ausgebildete Zwischenstück und andererseits dadurch verbunden, daß in die eine Zierleiste der Zapfen der anderen Zierleiste formschlüssig eingreift. Die Form der Zwischenstücke und die Anordnung der Federbügel gewährleistet festen und doch anpassungsfähigen Sitz der Zwischenstück in der einen Zierleiste und genaue Ausrichtung der anderen Zierleiste in Ausrichtung zum Fahrzeugkörper. Der Zapfen stellt sicher, daß die Oberflächen der beiden Zierleisten exakt fluchten, ohne Versatz und ohne Verdrehung. Durch variables Anformen des Zapfens können auch grössere Toleranzen ausgeglichen werden. Der zur Stossfläche offene Ausschnitt des Zwischenstückes hilft verhindern, daß das Zwischenstück bei der Montage zu tief in die erste Zierleiste eingesteckt wird. Die Montage ist somit sehr einfach, wenige routinemäßige Handgriffe genügen.According to the invention, this is achieved with the characterizing features of the first claim. Der Verlängerungshaken (Anspruch 5) erleichtert bei Demontage das Herausziehen des Zwischenstückes. Die Verriegelung (Anspruch 6) erleichtert das Einschieben des Zwischenstückes in die eine Zierleiste. Schließlich erhöht die Sicke (Anspruch 7) die Steifigkeit des Zwischenstükkes, sodaß dieses bei der Montage oder später bei Erschütterungen nicht abknicken kann.The subclaims deal with further advantageous embodiments. Fig.l zeigt eine ein hinteres Seitenfenster umgebende Zierleistengruppe, die beispielsweise aus einer Dachleiste und einer Seitenscheibenleiste zusammengesetzt ist. Die eine Zierleiste ist hier eine Dachleiste und mit 1 bezeichnet, die andere Zierleiste eine Seitenscheibenleiste und mit 2 bezeichnet. Es könnte sich aber auch um andere Zierleisten handeln, wobei die andere Zierleiste auch gerade sein könnte. Die beiden Zierleisten 1,2 sind in der üblichen Form, beispielsweise mittels nicht dargestellter Klipse, am Fahrzeugkörper befestigt und mittels eines Zwischenstückes 3 genau fluchtend verbunden. Zu dessen besserer Darstellung ist angenommen, daß die Aussenflächen der Zierleisten 1,2 durchsichtig sind, sodaß die Form des Zwischenstückes 3 besser erkennbar ist. Es ist ein federnder Teil, vorzugsweise aus Metall, der in den beiden Zierleisten 1,2 steckt und daher die Stossfläche 4 der beiden Zierleisten 1,2 durchdringt. In der Stossfläche 4 sieht man den Querschnitt der Zierleisten 1,2, wobei das eine Ende des Querschnittes in Fig.l oben und das andere Ende des Querschnittes im Bild unten ist.Fig. 1 shows a group of trim strips surrounding a rear side window, which is composed, for example, of a roof strip and a side window strip. In Fig 2 ist das Zwischenstück 3 als räumliches federndes Blechteil dargestellt. Es besteht aus einem Längsteil 20 in Richtung der Erstreckung der Zierleisten, der zur Versteifung mit einer Sicke 21 versehen sein kann, einem ersten Querteil 22 und einem zweiten Querteil 26. An den ersten Querteil 22 kann ein verjüngter Teil 23 anschliessen. Der erste Querteil 22 weist gegen seine Enden hin bei 24 und 25 leichte Erhebungen und bei 25 eine Einrollung auf. Die Erhebungen 24,25 sind in den Fig.3,4,6 besser zu erkennen, sie dienen der paßgenauen Anlage des Zwischenstückes an den Zierleisten. Dasselbe trifft auf den zweiten Querteil 26 zu. Anschließend an die Querteile 22,26 sind erste Federbügel 27,28 vorgesehen, wovon der eine 27 in die erste Längsnut 6 der einen Zierleiste 1 und der andere 28 in die erste Längsnut 11 der anderen Zierleiste 2 eingreift. Ein zweiter Federbügel 29 ist als Zunge ausgebildet, die sich in Richtung der zweiten Längsnut 8 der einen Zierleiste 1 erstreckt und sich mit seiner scharfen Spitze in dieser festkrallt. Die andere Zierleiste 2 ist einerseits über ihre erste Längsnut 11 und den ersten Federbügel 28 mit dem Zwischenstück 3 (Fig.7,8) und andererseits über ihren Zapfen 12, der in die zweite Längsnut 8 der einen Zierleiste eingreift (Fig.6) direkt mit dieser verbunden. In Fig.3 ist noch zu sehen, wie sich die eine Zierleiste 1 mit ihrem Winkelsteg 5 und ihrem L-fÖrmigen Steg 7 am Dachblech 40 des Fahrzeuges abstützt und wie das Fenster 41 situiert ist.From the cross sections in Figs. 3, 4 and 5 it can be seen how the intermediate piece 3 is fastened in the first trim strip 1. wird entweder die andere Zierleiste 2 oder beide Zierleisten gemeinsam am Fahrzeug
