Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anordnung zur Befestigung von metallischen Rohren an einem Träger, bestehend aus einer Schelle mit zwei in Montageposition unter Einschluß der Rohre aneinander liegenden und miteinander verbundenen Teilen.The invention relates to an arrangement for fastening metal pipes to a support, consisting of a clamp with two parts which, in the assembly position, lie against one another and are connected to one another, including the pipes.
Derartige Anordnungen bzw. Schellen sind in unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen auf dem Markt erhältlich. „Rohre" im Sinne der Erfindung können langgestreckte Elemente zur Fortleitung fließfähiger Medien, aber auch elektrische Kabel mit einem metallischen Rohr im Mantelaufbau oder als elektrischer Leiter sein. Die folgenden Ausführungen beziehen sich - stellvertretend für alle anderen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten - auf Hochfrequenz-Kabel (HF-Kabel) mit einem rohrförmigen äußeren Leiter. Das sind koaxiale HF-Kabel oder elektromagnetische Hohlleiter. Sie dienen beispielsweise als Verbindungsleiter zur Übertragung von HF-Signalen zwischen Sendern bzw. Empfängern und Antennen, die in der Regel an oder auf Masten montiert sind. Für die Befestigung der HF-Kabel an Konstruktionselementen der Maste werden Schellen benötigt, die eine einwandfreie, feste Halterung der HF-Kabel gewährleisten. Die HF-Kabel müssen außerdem aus Sicherheitsgründen geerdet werden.Such arrangements or clamps are available in a wide variety of designs on the market. Mit der bei dieser Anordnung verwendeten Schelle können nicht nur mehrere HF-Kabel mit nur einem Bauteil nebeneinander beispielsweise an einem Mast montiert, sondern gleichzeitig auch gemeinsam geerdet werden. Der blanke bzw. blank gemachte äußere Leiter der HF-Kabel wird beim Schließen der Schelle gegen das Metallband gedrückt und dadurch elektrisch sicher kontaktiert. Es braucht dann nur noch an der gemeinsamen, von außen zugänglichen Kontaktstelle ein mit Erde verbundener Leiter angeschlossen zu werden. Das Metallband 10 kann mit Vorzug an den Stellen 11 jeweils zwischen zwei Vertiefungen 9 am Teil 7 befestigt sein. Es ist seitwärts aus der Schelle 5 herausgeführt und endet in einer Kontaktstelle 12, an welcher zum Erdanschluß ein weiterführender Leiter angeschlossen werden kann. Als Metallband 1 0 wird vorzugsweise ein aus einem Kupfergeflecht bestehendes Band verwendet. Es könnte auch am Teil 6 der Schelle 5 angebracht sein. Außerdem ist es grundsätzlich möglich, an beiden Teilen 6 und 7 je ein flexibles Metallband 10 zu befestigen.In the embodiment shown, a flexible metal band 10 is attached to part 7 of the clamp 5.
