Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft einen Deckelverschluß bei Selbstkochern, d. h. bei Kochtöpfen, welche nach dem Ankochen des Inhalts in die sogenannte Kochkiste eingesetzt werden. Die vorliegende neue Einrichtung ermöglicht, den geschlossenen Kochtopf an dem Deckelgriff zu erfassen, um ihn in die Kochkiste einzusetzen oder aus derselben herauszuheben. Der Deckel α ist mit nach unten vorspringendem Rand b versehen, welcher in den Oberteil des Kochtopfes c eingreift. Der letztere trägt zwei in ösen d drehbare Handgriffe e, welche nach Auflegen des Deckels auf den Topf, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, auf den Deckel niedergeklappt werden. Der Deckel α hat zwei vorspringende Lappen f, welche über die Handgriffe e übergreifen und diese somit in ihrer Verschlußlage auf dem Deckel sichern. Die Griffe e werden dadurch unter die Lappen gebracht, daß man den Deckel nach Auflegen auf den Topf entsprechend dreht, wobei sich die Lappen f über die Griffe e hinüberschieben. Soll der Deckel abgehoben werden, so wird derselbe zunächst so weit gedreht, bis die Lappen f die Bügel e freigeben, alsdann werden die Handgriffe e hochgeklappt und der dann frei gewordene Deckel abgehoben. Die inneren Enden der Lappen f können zweckmäßig gleichzeitig dazu dienen, um den niederklappbaren Handgriff g für den Deckel anzubringen. Der genannte Handgriff kann jedoch auch an besonderen Lappen oder ösen des Deckels angebracht werden. Das Wesen der vorliegenden Erfindung wird hierdurch nicht berührt. Es ist aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, daß der geschlossene Kochtopf zuverlässig am Handgriff g des Deckels erfaßt und aus der Kochkiste ausgehoben oder in dieselbe einge^ setzt werden kann.The lid α is provided with a downwardly projecting edge b which engages in the upper part of the saucepan c. The handle mentioned can, however, also be attached to special rags or eyelets on the cover. The essence of the present invention is not affected by this. It can be seen from the drawing that the closed saucepan can be reliably grasped by the handle g of the lid and lifted out of the cooking box or inserted into the same.
