Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein chirurgisches Schneidwerkzeug zum Entfernen verschiedener pathalogischer und anderer Gewebeteile wie z.B. Bekannt sind chirurgische Schneidinstrurnente wie die Modelle der Nr. FF720 - FF723 gemäß des Kataloges der Firma „ÄSKULAP" aus dem Jahre 1973 und der Patentschrift DE 195 01 258 A1. Die Nachteile dieser Instrumente bestehen in Ihrer Schwergängigkeit, sowie der Schwierigkeit bei der Entfernung der Schneidreste, der mangelnden Schneidgenauigkeit, und dem Risiko einer Rissbildung in dem verbliebenen Knochen durch die höhere Druckbelastung, ebenso einer geringeren Lennsdauer durch zu schnellem Verschleiß. Die Konstruktion wird in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Schneidinstrument für chirurgische Operationen bestehend aus einem langem Körper (1) mit einem Griffteil (2) und einem vorderen Hakenteil (3) mit Widerlager (4), sowie einem Führungsrungsrohr (5), welches in seinem Inneren ein Rohrstück (6) mit eine Schneidkrone (7) besitzt und das andere Griffteil (8) mit dem gabelförmigen Scharnierkopf (9) ist durch ein Scharnier (10) an den Körper (1) angelenkt, und durch eine Blattfeder (11) mit dem Griffteil (2) verbunden. Der gabelförmigen Scharnierkopf (9) greift zwischen die Abstandstücke (12) und (13) wobei das Abstandsstück (13) ein sch rag verzahntes Zahnrad darstellt, welches in eine Zahnsange (14) so eingreift, daß das Rohrstück (6) beim vorwärts- und rückwärtsbewegen eine Drehung ausführt.The construction is shown in Fig. 1.
