Die Neuerung betrifft einen Balkon- und Terrassenplattenbelag in Form einer Fertigplatte mit freiem Wasserablauf. Dieser Balkon- und Terrassenplattenbelag ist im Neubau, vorzugsweise aber in der Altbausanierung einsetzbar. Seine Anwendung ist mit geringem zeitlichen und technischen Aufwand möglich.The innovation concerns a balcony and terrace slab covering in the form of a prefabricated slab with free water drainage. haben gezeigt, das ein Verlegen der Fertigplatten 3 ohne Qualitätseinschränkungen bis minus 10 Grad

After a setting time of approx. 20 to 30 minutes, the laid prefabricated panel 3 can be walked on. Tests have shown that the laid prefabricated panels 3 can be laid down at temperatures down to minus 10 degrees without any quality restrictions.

In die vorhandenen Stoßfugen 6 und Maueranschlußfuge 6.1 wird zusätzlich als Feuchtigkeitssperre eine Rundschnur 8 mit eingelegt und mit Polymerbeton verschlossen. Den Abschluß bildet eine im Mauerwinkel mit Silikon eingeklebte durchgehende Sockelleiste 5. Fig. 2 zeigt zwei parallel verlegte Fertigplatten 3 in der Vorderansicht. Auf der Grundplatte 2, die mit Estrich 10 zuvor geglättet wurde, sind die auf eine Höhe eingestellten Stützelemente 4 angeordnet. Zwischen den Stützelementen 4 und unmittelbar unter der Stoßfuge 6 wurde der Klebemörtel 7 streifenförmig aufgetragen. Die Fertigplatten 3 sind satt in den Klebemörtel 7 eingelegt und liegt formschlüssig auf den Stützelementen 4 auf. Die Stoßfuge 6 zwischen den Fertigplatten 3 ist mit Polymerbeton bündig verschlossen. Zusätzlich ist eine Rundschnur 8 als Feuchtigkeitssperre eingelegt.Fig. 2 shows two prefabricated panels 3 laid in parallel in the front view.
