Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungssystem zur Bevorratung von Feuchttüchern.The invention relates to a packaging system for storing wet wipes.
Aus der WO 93/17933 ist eine Verpackung für Feuchttücher bekannt, die eine Box mit einem Deckel, der die Box dicht verschließt, umfaßt. In die Box ist ein Beutel aus einer Kunststofffolie zur Bevorratung von Feuchttüchern aufgenommen. Der Beutel weist eine Öffnung zur Entnahme der Feuchttücher auf. Eine Verschlußlasche ist lösbar und die Öffnung verschließend auf den Beutel aufgeklebt . Hierzu weist die Verschlußlasche einen randnah umlaufenden Kleberand auf. Bei erstmaligem Öffnen der Verpackung wird die Verschlußlasche vollständig von der Beutelverpackung abgezogen, so daß die Öffnung freigelegt ist. Nach der Entnahme von Feuchttüchern läßt sich die Beutelverpackung in der Box luftdicht verschließen. Nachteilig ist, daß für ein luftdichtes Verschließen der Feuchttücher eine zusätzliche Box notwendig ist, die zudem nicht einhändig geöffnet werden kann.WO 93/17933 discloses a packaging for wet wipes that includes a box with a lid that seals the box tightly. Auf dem Beutel 1 ist ein Deckelaufsatz 10 mit einem Rahmenteil 11 dessen Durchbruch 12 durch eine am Rahmenteil 11 angelenkte Klappe 13 verschließbar ist. Das Rahmenteil 11 ist um die Öffnung des Beutels 1 angeordnet, so daß die Öffnung und der Durchbruch 12 in Überdeckung sind. Somit können durch den Durchbruch 12 Feuchttücher aus dem Beutel 1 entnommen werden. Das Rahmenteil 11 ist hierbei auf einen Kleberand des Beutels 1 aufgebracht. Der Kleberand ist vorzugsweise durch Aufbringen einer mit einem randnah umlaufenden und flächenmäßig begrenzten Kleberauftrag versehenen Verschlußlasche gemäß Figur 1 bleibend auf den Beutel übertragen worden. Die Klappe 13 ist zwischen einer Schließstellung und der in Figur 5 dargestellten Offenstellung klappbar. In der Schließstellung ist die Klappe 13 formschlüssig mit dem Rahmenteil 12 verbunden. Hierzu weist die Klappe eine Nase 14 auf, die in der Schließstellung der Klappe 13 einen Vorsprung 15 des Rahmenteils 11 hintergreift. Durch Druck auf einen Entriegelungsabschnitt 16 des Rahmenteils 11 wird diese formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Klappe 13 und Rahmenteil 11 gelöst. Ein Federelement 17 beaufschlagt die Klappe 13 in Richtung zur Offenstellung, so daß bei gelöster Verbindung die Klappe 13 selbständig in die Offenposition klappt.
