The invention relates to an organic, water-soluble fertilizer for plants.

In the production of fertilizers, synthetic chemical precursors are usually used, which can be controlled in terms of solubility and mainly contain inorganic fertilizers such as phosphate and nitrogen as additives.
The tasks of plant breeding based on organic cultivation, but especially the reduced use of chemicals in the private sector, made it necessary to develop an economically producible alternative based on organic products from renewable raw materials. This was found with plants growing in Europe, especially hemp, which are largely grown without pesticides and therefore do not have any harmful chemical contamination, as is probably unavoidable with coconut fibers from plantation cultivation.

Surprisingly, the fertilizer requirements of plants could be met with dust from the production of fibers and swarf from plants such as flax, hemp, miscanthus and the like, which was previously considered a disposable product and contains a high natural proportion of nitrogen, phosphate, potassium and magnesium. For ecological and economic reasons, when using such a "waste product" as fertilizer, an increased proportion of this organic substance is also sensible, whereby the water solubility dissolves the powder or any short fiber components present in such a way that blockages in the watering devices can be avoided. If used regularly, no additional fertilizer is required. The trace elements in the powders that can be used can cover the fertilizer requirements of most plants exclusively through this.

The naturally contained lignin binding agents are usually sufficient for compaction. For extended durability against water, e.g. designed as a tablet, laid out on a plant pot, with the tablet dissolving at a later time depending on the water supply, other binding agents are also conceivable, but preferably from renewable raw materials, such as those from proteins, sugar products and the like.
If there is an increased need for nutrients, the basic supply can be provided via the powder; for peak requirements, inorganic fertilizers can also be added as additives.
