Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a molded body made of coconut shawl lenmaterial.
The increasing urbanization of the human habitat goes with a largely decoupling of humans from its biological environment consisting of animals and Plants. So only comparatively few share more Animals the habitat with humans, and if so, then ty typically as pets. The same applies to Pflan zen, which are usually used as potted and balcony plants in human habitat and the senses chern.
Due to the sessile lifestyle of higher plants a substrate that defines their location and moreover, the supply of nutrients, more typical wise minerals. For this, different mate rialien or starting materials used. A possibility is normal soil in for example plants pots. Because a lot of balcony and potted plants special requirements for the substrate Mineral content and the ability to feed water chern, place and the floor used for this purpose crumb or earth available to a limited extent stands and this also the agricultural production should not be withdrawn Need for alternative materials used for this can be.
An alternative is the use of compost as Plant substrate. Because that used for composting vegetable primary production typically from the Zu pruning ornamental and garden plants their composition for a whole range of balcony and Not suitable for potted plants. There are also basic principles hygienic concerns that an unrestricted Ver Do not allow use in the living area.
Another plant substrate for the pot and balcony make rich clay mineral-based granules such. B. Se ramis® plant granules.
The invention has for its object a plant sub to provide strat that is based on renewable Raw materials is made, the design of an optimal Nutrient background allowed and a simple need fair dosage allowed.

In a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the coconut fiber pulp separated from the coconut fibers comes positioned, heat sterilized and dried and the sol chessen manufactured material is pressed.
It can be provided that the pressing of the shape serves.
In one embodiment it can be provided that the Pressing is carried out using a die process.
The invention is based on the surprising finding that with the molded body according to the invention made of coconut shawl an excellent plant substrate is, the comparatively compact molded body swells by adding water and a compared to the Volume and the mass of the molded body significantly increased Volume and significantly increased mass of plant substrate generated.
Because the molded body is segmented, a ge exact portioning of the coconut earth according to the respective gen application purposes and requirements such. B. the un different sizes of window boxes or plant pots, allows, the use of or by means of Molded plant substrate not produced Balcony boxes or plant pots is limited, but for example, also includes cemeteries and gardens.
As a result of the volume effect described above, i. H. light weight and volume compared to conventional Plant substrates, the transport is designed to be because it is particularly easy to use because large volumes to be transported and Masses significantly reduced, which also leads to egg ner reduction in storage capacity leads, which is special a factor of considerable importance for private households tung is.
In addition, the molded body according to the invention storage not only in terms of space requirements simple, but also more hygienic, because no more earth bags are required.
Furthermore, the segmentation of the shaped body allows that due to a means of the molding according to the invention pers needs-based provision of plant substrate unnecessary plant substrate residues can be avoided.
The plant substrate obtained after swelling is itself very loose and an alternative to peat represents.
The loose structure and higher structural stability of the Plant substrates based on coconut shell mate rial compared to conventional soil also enables one certain water storage capacity as well as the better utility Roots with air / oxygen. The pH is in the optimal range between 5 and 6.
The production of the plant substrate from the Invention contemporary shaped body by simply adding a suitable Amount of water is extremely hygienic and clean and avoids the otherwise when working with earth or pollution related to earth-like substrates and Contact with organisms contained in the soil, such as wise worms. Further advantages of the invention Moldings made from coconut clay can be seen in the fact that plant substrate obtained from it is almost odorless and conveys a pleasant feeling of touch.
The coconut shell material is made from renewable raw materials fabricated, or consists of, and is therefore free of environmentally harmful chemical compounds such as B. heavy metals or salts, which otherwise last finally plant growth and human le could damage the surrounding area.
In addition, due to its manufacture the substrate after use easy to dispose of by composting or directly the Garden soil is added.
Finally, this is from the molded body according to the invention Plant substrate made from coconut shell material still peculiar that this is not pre-fertilized and therefore basically for all possible purposes and plants is settable because that for the respective plant species or Cultivation necessary nutrient conditions targeted can be set and also the fertilizer habits of the user through the use of Coconut shell material need to be changed. Correspond This can be done from the molded body by adding water produced plant substrate also with other substrate ten, such as Seramis® plant granules, mixed will.
The segmentation of the molded body makes it clean and hygienic portioning of the coconut shell material and thus the plant substrate extremely relieved tert. Typically, the aforementioned segment allows tion that individual segments of the molded body by hand can be broken, so that on the one hand no more Equipment needed for appropriate portioning are harmful and on the other hand no dust or material waste lust by crumbling, such as when sawing an unseg mented molded body. This will be very special thereby achieved that the thickness of the web or webs between the individual segments is less than that of Segments themselves. If plant pots have no holes in the bottom the corresponding segments can be used or, if necessary, also to be understood as segments Insert bars in the plant containers and correspond there dissolve accordingly.
If the bar or bars have at least one notch on, is the additional separate separation of the web particularly easy to do.
At least partially extends at least one side surface at an angle different from 90 ° to the ground area of the segment, this makes it a particularly favorable one Attack point for manual abort corresponding segment from the molded body possible.
The same applies to the case that at least one screen surface of at least one segment concave or convex is shaped.
By making the individual segments of the molded body different are large, will be an opportunity for the end user opened, according to the individual needs appropriate amount of substrate by canceling an on number of different sized individual segments.
The aforementioned advantages also apply to a molded body Made from coconut shell material comprising coconut pulp.
That as a starting material for the production of the shaped body pers coconut shell material is produced, by separating the coconut pulp from the coconut fibers composted, heat sterilized and dried and the sol chessen manufactured material is pressed. Both that Starting material as well as the way of processing tion shows that the molded body has an extremely environmental friendly product made from renewable raw materials explains its freedom from environmental pollution and its excellent hygiene status. In addition, the Molded bodies have an excellent ecological balance.
Alternatively, the coconut pulp is a by-product of Coconut fiber is obtained by making it through mechanical crushing of the shell of coconut fiber from composted or in the phase of total biological degradation of coconuts will melt.

Fig. 1 shows the cross section of a shaped body 1 made of Ko kosfasermark comprising coconut shell material, the notches from 2 and 2 'on a surface has. Due to the notch, the individual segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''can be easily broken off by hand and used in portions.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the molded body shown in cross section in Fig. 1 made of coconut shell material with notches. The molded body 1 consists of a total of six individual segments ( 3 to 3 '''''), all of which can be broken off by hand. Such a shaped body with a mass of about 465 g gives, after addition of about 6 liters of water and a swelling time of about 10 to 15 minutes, about 7 to 8 liters of substrate, which corresponds to a volume increase of around a factor of 10, which after a short time Mix is ready to use immediately.
The cross section shown in Fig. 3 of a molded body made of coconut shell material has with by the base / base surface of the segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''attached webs 4 and 4 ' connected segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''. This Ste ge can be considered as resulting from a special shape of the notches 2 and 2 'shown in Fig. 1'. In addition, the webs 4 and 4 'can still be understood as individual segments in order to be able to meet the respective requirements with regard to the amount of the required plant substrate in a simple manner. The maximum cross-sectional area of the segments occurring at the base of the segments is less than that of the end faces 5 , 5 'and 5 ''of the segments 3 , 3 ' and 3 ''. The special arrangement of the notches 2 and 2 'and their size re relative to the segments 3 , 3 ' and 3 '' also allows easy storage such that the corresponding segments of a second molded body made of coconut shell material in the notches 2 and 2 ' can be fitted.
Fig. 4 shows a cross section of a molded body made of Ko kosnussschalenmaterial with segments connected by webs attached to the center of the segments. The segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''are interconnected by the webs 4 and 4 ', with the maximum cross-sectional area in the middle of the segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''in the present case. Due to the special arrangement and design of the segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''a particularly precise dosing is possible because, even if the fracture area between the segments is not optimal, the part of the web that is inadvertently remaining on a segment relative to the total mass of the individual Segment is low. Furthermore, by designing the corresponding indentations 2 , 2 ', 2 ''and 2 ''', optimal storage can also be caused by the segments of a second molded body made of coconut shell material being fitted into the corresponding indented exercises of a first molded body made of coconut shell material can.
Fig. 5 finally shows a cross section through an imple mentation form of a molded body made of coconut shell material with by the base / base of the segments 3 , 3 'and 3 ''attached webs 4 and 4 ' connected segments 3 , 3 'and 3 '', wherein each of the two webs 4 and 4 'represents the base for the further segments 3 ''' and 3 '''' of the molded body 1 . Also in this embodiment, the particularly good storage possibility of the shaped body becomes evident when the corresponding indentations 2 and 2 'are dimensioned such that they can at least partially accommodate the segments of a second shaped body. The particularly easy portioning can be increased in the present embodiment in that the webs 4 and 4 'still have notches 6 , 6 ', 6 '' and 6 ''', so that the segments are particularly easy to separate from each other.
