Description
-1-Beschreibung-1-Description
These are portion packs according to DE 3545768 A1 and DE 4116808 A1 as well as JP 04115946 A1, whose filling opening is closed with peelable cover films and is also used as a pouring opening. These solutions are particularly problematic in terms of their processing, since the sealing conditions must be designed in such a way that, despite high sealing requirements, the packaging can be easily opened by removing part of the cover film. The sealing conditions also depend on the different machines and production processes available, as well as on the sealing temperature, sealing time and sealing pressure. The variety of influencing factors leads to a high degree of difficulty in producing a defined seal seam strength range (Neue Verpackung No. 6 June 1995, 48th year, page 54 ff.; Hüthig Verlag). During treatment processes such as sterilization, additional problems arise with the resilience of the packaging due to the effects of temperature and vacuum, as well as cooling, which are caused by the different thermal expansion of the packaging materials used and the filling products. EP 0333420 A2 explains this problem in more detail. Finally, the different packaging materials for filling containers and covers cause major problems when it comes to recycling, as the materials must be separated before they can be recycled.
It is therefore the object of the invention to create a portion packaging for liquid, pasty and free-flowing products that is break- and impact-resistant, enables easy and controlled discharge of the contents, is sterilizable, optimally protects sensitive products from physical, chemical and microbiological influences and is easily recyclable.
The portion packaging according to the invention according to claim 1 has the advantage that the
Sealing seams between chambers and cover material can be made very strong because the pouring function no longer has to be ensured, which makes production much easier. Another advantage is that the packaging is bend-, tear- and impact-resistant, which means that the contents are optimally protected against accidental leakage or spoilage. The arrangement of the predetermined breaking points, according to claim 2, also ensures a definable pouring point without the user contaminating his clothing, tablecloths or himself. The use of the same material for chambers and cover material, according to claim 3, ensures the easy recyclability of the portion packaging, which eliminates the need to separate different materials into metal and plastic, which results in high cost savings in reprocessing. The use of the same materials also enables easy handling of the portion packaging, as light pressure on the packaging surfaces enables easy emptying.
Dabei zeigen die Zeichnungen inThe invention will be explained below using an example embodiment, without, however, being restricted to the specific embodiment. The drawings show in

A portion pack 1 according to the invention was formed from a chamber system, of preferably two chambers 2, which are connected to one another by a web 4 and on which one or more predetermined breaking points 5 are arranged below the web 4, each opposite one another, and whose filling openings are closed in a force-fitting manner after filling with a cover material 3.

Preferably, a thermally moldable, thermoplastic synthetic material was used for the cover material 3 and the chamber material 2. The total thickness of the cover material 3 should preferably be in the range of 12 to 1000 pm. In the exemplary embodiment, for example, a polypropylene with a thickness of 80 to 200 pm was used, and a polypropylene with a thickness of 150 to 1200 pm was used as the chamber material 2. The cover material 3 is preferably welded to the chambers 2. Figs. 2 and 3 show a portion packaging 1 according to the invention, in which one chamber 2 alone or two chambers 2 simultaneously are opened in a defined manner by means of buckling stress through the predetermined breaking point(s) 5, whereby a pouring area 7 is simultaneously formed. By applying light pressure to the chamber base and the cover material 3, the defined emptying of the packaging is ensured. In Fig. 4, a portion packaging 1 according to the invention is shown, in which the possible position of a predetermined breaking point 5 and the area of the sealing seam 6 can be seen, which connects the cover material 3 to the chamber material 2 in a force-fitting manner.
