Gewebe für Arbeitsbekleidungsstücke
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gewebe zur Herstellung von Arbeitsbekleidungsstücken.
Für Schweißer besteht schon seit längerer Zeit das Bedürfnis, Schutzbekleidungsstücke zu entwickeln, die nicht nur den einerseits sehr hohen Beanspruchungen standhalten, sondern darüber hinaus auch einen hohen Tragekomfort bieten. Hinzu kommt noch, daß diese Kleidungsstücke in industriellen Betrieben gepflegt werden und schließlich auch eine lange Lebensdauer haben sollen.
Bislang für diesen Zweck vorgesehene Materialien konnten nie alle diese Bedingungen erfüllen. Vorwiegend hitzestabile Kleidungsstücke waren von sehr geringem Tragekomfort für die geschützte Person selbst. Hierbei ist zu berücksichtigen, daß die Hitzeeinwirkung selbst schon eine Belastung für die arbeitende Person darstellt.
Zu den typischen Beanspruchungen, denen das Gewebe bzw. ein daraus hergestelltes Kleidungsstück ausgesetzt sind:
1. Thermische Beanspruchung durch Kontakt- oder Strahlungshitze sowie offene Flamme.
2. Beanspruchung durch Funken und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit fliegende Kleinteile aus glühendem Metall, verursacht z.B. durch Schweißen, Schneiden, Flexen.
3. Einwirkung von Lichtbögen durch elektrische Entladungen.
4. Mechanische Beanspruchung durch scharfkantige Gegenstände z.B. Metallbleche.
5. Beanspruchung durch industrielle Behandlungen zur Wiederherstellung der Schutzwirkung (Waschen - Trocknen - Dekontamination).
In den Ansprüchen ist ein Gewebe gemäß der Erfindung spezifiziert.
Bei einem Gewebe gemäß der Erfindung wird vor allen Dingen durch Verwendung von Viskose FR ein hoher Tragkomfort erzielt, während die weiterhin verwendeten Materialien, insbesondere die Schutzwirkung sicherstellen.

Claims (3)

1. Auf Fertigungsmaß geschnittenes Gewebestück zur Herstellung von Arbeitsbekleidungsstücken zum Schutz gegenüber Hitze-, Flammen-, Lichtbogeneinwirkungen und dgl., gekennzeichnet durch Kreuzköperbindung 3/1, bestehend aus ca. 36% Fäden/cm Kette und ca. 23% Fäden/cm Schuß,
durch Gesamtmischungen von Kettgarn und Schußgarn
von ca. 41% Viskose,
ca. 30% bis 41% Metaaramid
ca. 17% bis 29% Paramid und
ca. 1% Polyamid mit Karbonkern,
und durch Garne aus 2-fach Zwirn mit Feinheit Nm 40/2.
2. Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Garn mit folgenden Merkmalen 2-fach Zwirn Feinheit Nm 40/2 bestehend aus:
1. Faden Feinheit Nm 50/1
Faseranteile: ca. 68% Metaaramid
ca. 30% Paramid
ca. 2% Polyamid mit Karbonkern
2. Faden Feinheit Nm 30/1
Faseranteile: ca. 65% Viskose
ca. 24% Metaaramid
ca. 11% Paramid
ca. 0,7% Polyamid mit Karbonkern,
miteinander verzwirnt zu einem Zwirnfaden mit folgender Mischung:
ca. 40% Viskose FR
ca. 40% Metaaramid
ca. 18% Paramid
ca. 1, 2% Polyamid mit Karbonkern.
3. Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Garn mit folgenden Merkmalen
2-fach Zwirn Feinheit Nm 40/2 bestehend aus:
1. Faden Feinheit Nm 50/1
Faseranteil:
100% Paramid
2. Faden Feinheit Nm 30/2
Faseranteile:
ca. 65% Viskose
ca. 24% Metaaramid
ca. 11% Paramid
ca. 0,7% Polyamid mit Karbonkern,
mit folgender Gesamtzwirnmischung
Faseranteile:
ca. 41% Viskose
ca. 44% Paramid
ca. 15% Metaaramid
ca. 0,5% Polyamid mit Karbonkern.
