Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Haube (Dunstabzugshaube oder Esse) besteht aus beispielsweise drei je flachen Segmenten 2, 4 und 6, welche schräg nach außen unten und rechtwinkelig zueinander angeordnet sind.
