Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Braten und Grillen von Lebensmitteln insbesondere von Fleischspeisen mit Hilfe von Holzkohle-,Gas-und Elektrogrillgeräten oder anderen Vorrichtungen zum Erhitzen.The invention relates to a device for roasting and grilling food, in particular meat dishes using charcoal, gas and electric grills or other heating devices.
Ein bekanntes derartiges Gerät (DE 41 16 809 Al) zum Braten und Grillen von Lebensmitteln, besteht aus Blech in Form einer flachen Schale, weist einen gewellten Boden auf, wobei in den Tälern eine Vielzahl von Öffimngen vorhanden ist, die den Durchtritt von Fetttröpfchen ermöglichen. Auch bei diesem Gerät sind in die Wülste Aussparungen eingestanzt, wodurch die direkte Bestrahlung des Grillguts erfolgt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Grillpfarme einstückig aus Alu-Folie geformt ist, und daß die wellenförmige Bodenausformung (3), die aus abwechselnden Tälern (5) und Erhebungen (4)besteht in den Flanken (21) der Erhebungen Durchlüftungsöffnungen (22) mit funktioneilen Einprägungen (19,27,28, 29, 24) aufweist und daß die Grillpfanne einen wieder verwendbaren Stützrahmen (9) mit Griffen (10) besitzt, wo die biegsame Grillpfanne (1) eingesetzt und geklemmt wird um die Handhabung, d.h. Auflegen, Ausrichten und Ausgießen des Fetts, zu erleichtern. Die Durchlüftungsöffnungen (22) mit Einprägungen (24) ermöglichen das Umströmen des Grillguts durch die von unten kommende heiße Luft und die Holzkohlengase (20). Die Einprägungen (24) mit Abtropfkante (25) verhindern das Abtropfen des Fetts in die Feuerquelle.
