Claims (15)

1. Geh- bzw. Laufschuh, insbesondere hochschäftiger Geh- bzw. Lauf­ schuh wie Bergschuh, Wanderschuh, Golfschuh, Sportschuh oder dergeichen, umfassend
einen Schaft (5) und eine mit dem Schaft (5) verbundene Zunge (7) mit einem fußinnenseitigen Rand (17), einem fußaußen­ seitigen Rand (19) und einem den fußinnenseitigen (17) und den fußaußenseitigen Rand (19) verbindenden, schienbeinnahen Rand (21),
wobei die Zunge (7) von einem Vorderfuß-Rist-Bereich (11) des Schuhs bis zumindest in einen Ristbeuge-Bereich (13) des Schuhs reicht, in Anpassung an die Rist-Ristbeuge-Kontur eines Fußes annähernd sattelförmig ausgebildet ist und in dem Ristbeuge-Bereich (13) des Schuhs eine, verglichen mit angrenzenden Zungenbereichen biegeweichere, insbesondere flächige Flexibilisierungszone (23) aufweist,
wobei sich die Flexibilisierungszone (23) zwischen dem fußinnenseitigen (17) und dem fußaußenseitigen Zungenrand (19) nur über einen Teil der Breite der Zunge (7) erstreckt, über den Ristscheitel hinweg reicht und im Abstand von dem fußaußenseitigen Rand (19) der Zunge (7) endet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flexibilisierungszone (23) bezüglich einer mittig zwischen dem fußinnenseitigen (17) und dem fußaußen­ seitigen Rand (19) der Zunge (7) verlaufenden Zungenmittellinie asymmetrisch ausgebildet und bezüglich dieser Zungenmittellinie zu dem fußinnenseitigen Rand (17) der Zunge (7) hin versetzt ist. 1.
