Claims (19)

1. Schuh (1), insbesondere Sportschuh, mit einer Laufsohle (2), einer Zwischensohle (2') und einem mit der Zwischensohle (2') verbundenen Schuhoberteil (3), wobei in der Zwischensohle (2') mindestens zwei diese vollständig durchsetzende Ausnehmungen (4; 4a, 4b) angeordnet sind, die quer oder wenigstens annähernd quer zur Längsrichtung (L) der Zwischensohle (2') verlaufen, wobei mindestens eine Ausnehmung (4a) im hinteren Zwischensohlenbereich (2a) und mindestens eine Ausnehmung (4b) im mittleren Zwischensohlenbereich (2b) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Ausnehmungen (4a, 4b) ein die Biege­ steifigkeit der Zwischensohle (2') und der Laufsohle (2) reduzierender Trennsteg (5) angeordnet ist.1.
