Fish protection net to ward off cormorants,
Herons, cranes etc.

The innovation concerns a fish protection net to ward off cormorants, cranes, herons and other water birds.

Such a fish protection net is intended to prevent cormorants, cranes, herons and other water birds from eating fish ponds empty. Since cormorants, cranes and other fish-eating water birds have been protected, there has been an increased need to prevent these water birds from fishing without having to shoot them. To this end, fish protection nets have already been stretched over ponds using anchors or wires have been stretched over ponds. The fish protection nets that have been stretched over ponds require more effort to anchor them because they are relatively heavy. This makes anchoring costly and expensive and the whole solution unprofitable. The wires stretched over the ponds do not provide the hoped-for protection against cormorants, cranes and other water birds.

The aim of this innovation is to provide a fish protection net that does not require complex anchoring on the bank of the pond.

This task is solved by attaching floating bodies to the fish protection net over the entire surface of the net. This allows the net to float on the pond and no complex anchoring is necessary.

Preferably, the floating bodies are plastic tubes that are closed at the ends and filled with air.

The floating bodies are also preferably made of wood.

Furthermore, the floating bodies are preferably made of cork.

The net is preferably made of plastic.

The thickness of the mesh fibers is also preferred to be 2.0 to 2.5 mm.

Furthermore, the net mesh diameter is preferably at least 20 to 25 mm, but in particular large enough so that leaves etc. fall through and cormorants and cranes cannot get through.

Preferably, the plastic pipes are welded at their ends.

Also preferably, the net is welded to the plastic pipes.

Furthermore, the net is preferably glued to the plastic pipes.

The plastic pipes are preferably made of a flexible plastic.

It is also preferable for the flexible plastic pipes to be interwoven in a mesh-like manner.

Furthermore, the network is preferably divided into lanes.

Preferably the lanes are about 2 m wide.

Also preferably, the tracks are about 100 m long.

Furthermore, the plastic pipes are preferably arranged at intervals of approx. 100 mm across the track.

Preferably, the panels are rollable.

In Figure 1, plastic pipes 1 made of plastic fibers, which are welded at the ends, are interwoven like wire mesh on the net 2. The plastic pipes and the plastic net are welded together.

Figure 2 shows the plastic net 2, with plastic pipes 1 arranged across the net. The plastic pipes and the plastic net are welded together. The plastic pipes are welded at the ends.

In Figure 1, a net according to Figure 2 is shown from the side, whereby the net can be rolled up. Figure 2 shows

the partially rolled up net. The rolled up net can be unrolled again using a cord that is stretched over the pond. The rolled up net can be pushed onto a pole, with the pole being placed on trestles.

Claims (18)

PROTECTION CLAIMS 1. Fish protection net to ward off cormorants, cranes, herons, etc., to which floating bodies are attached over the entire surface of the net. 2. Fish protection net according to claim 1, in which the buoyant bodies are plastic tubes (1) filled with air which are closed at the ends. 3. Fish protection net according to claim 1, wherein the buoyant bodies are made of wood. 4. ,Fish protection net according to claim 1, wherein the buoyant bodies are made of cork. 5. Fish protection net according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the net (2) is made of plastic. 6. Fish protection net according to claim 5, wherein the thickness of the net fibers is 2.0 to 2.5 mm. 7. Fish protection net according to claim 5 or 6, in which the mesh diameter is at least 20 to 25 mm, but in particular so large that leaves etc. fall through and cormorants, cranes etc. cannot get through. 8. Fish protection net according to claim 2, in which plastic tubes (1) are welded at their ends. 9. Fish protection net according to claim 2 or 8, in which the net (2) is welded to the plastic pipes (1). 10. Fish protection net according to claim 2 or 8, wherein the net (2) is glued to the plastic pipes (1). 11. Fish protection net according to one of claims 2 or 8 to 10, in which the plastic tubes (1) are made of a flexible plastic. 12. Fish protection net according to claim 11, in which the flexible plastic tubes (1) are interwoven with one another in a wire mesh manner. 13.- Fish protection net according to one of claims 2, 8 to 12, in which the net (2) is divided into panels. 14. Fish protection net according to claim 13, wherein the panels are approximately 2 m wide. 15. Fish protection net according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the panels are approximately 100 m long. 16. Fish protection net according to one of claims 13 to 15, in which the plastic pipes (1) are arranged at intervals of approx. 100 mm transversely to the track. 17. Fish protection net according to one of claims 13 to 16, where the tracks can be rolled up. 4·> 18.
