Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ganzglasverbundfenster, vorzugsweise in Doppelverglasung, wobei die inneren und äußeren Glascheiben derart auf einen tragenden Stahlrahmen aufgesetzt sind, daß die bisher üblichen, zusätzlichen Verblendungen der Flügel- und Blendrahmen mit Holz- oder Kunststoff prof ilen entfallen können.The invention relates to an all-glass composite window, preferably with double glazing, wherein the inner and outer panes of glass are mounted on a supporting steel frame in such a way that the previously usual additional cladding of the sash and frame with wood or plastic profiles can be omitted.
Sowohl für mehrfach verglaste Verbundfenster mit lösbar verbundenen Flügelrahmen als auch für Isolierglasfenster mit fest verbundenen Flügelrahmen sind viele unterschiedliche Konstruktionen, insbesondere für den Aufbau der Fiügel- und Blendrahmen bekannt, die dem Stand der Technik entsprechend aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen. Für Fenster mit hohen Anforderungen an Lebensdauer und Sicherheit wurde beispielsweise mit DE 296 20 654 ein innerer Metallträgerrahmen vorgeschlagen, der mit speziellen Verbindungsvertiefungen für die formschlüssige Verbindung mit auswechselbaren Innen- und Außenverblendungen aus Holz- oder Kunststoff sowie mit Möglichkeiten zur Entfeuchtung des Scheibenzwischenraumes versehen ist. Unter weitgehender Verwendung dieses Metallträgerrahmens in Verbindung mit einem äußeren Zusatzrahmen wurde mit DE 296 14 059 vorgeschlagen, durch eine dritte äußere, über das Rahmenprofil hinausragende Glasscheibe und ein entsprechendes Glasprofil am Blendrahmen, das Fenster nach außen vollständig in Glas auszuführen. Diese Lösung ist durch das Erfordernis des vorgesetzten Zusatzrahmens und die dritte Glasscheibe relativ kostenaufwendig und damit Fensterkonstruktionen mit außerordentlich hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen vorbehalten. Der Nachteil der insgesamt bekannten Lösungen besteht jedoch weiterhin in der zusätzlichen Verwendung von schwer recycelbaren und wartungsintensiven Materialien, wie Holz und Kunststoff, zummindest für die Gestaltung der Innen- bzw. Das Problem wird mit den unter Schutzanspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen gelöst; die weiteren Ansprüche enthalten vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung. Ein mit Aussparungen für die Aufnahme der Beschläge versehener Metallträgerrahmen, vorzugsweise Stahlrahmen, ist sowohl in der Funktion des Flügel- als auch des Blendrahmens durch einen Kunststoff-Isolierkern in jeweils innere und äußere Teil-Rahmen geteilt und mit dem Isolierkern kraftschlüssig verbunden. Die freien senkrechten Außen- und Innenschenkel der Teil-Flügel rahmen bzw. die freien Außen- und Innenseiten der Teil-Blendrahmen sind erfindungsgemäß derart angeordnet, daß die innere Glasscheibe in der Tiefe senkrecht nach unten soweit über das Rahmenprofil hinausragt, daß sie mit einer waagerechten Glasverblendung des Blendrahmens eine formschlüssige Verbindung ergibt. Die äußere Glasscheibe ist demgegenüber kürzer als der äußere Flügelrahmen und die Glasverblendung des Blendrahmens höher, so daß sich auch nach außen das Bild eines kompletten Glasfensters ohne weitere Rahmenelemente ergibt.The problem is solved with the features mentioned in claim 1; the other claims contain advantageous embodiments of the invention.
