Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen Rahmen 1 aus zwei seitlichen, zu den Seiten hin verstellbaren Holmen 2 und einem ebenfalls verstellbaren längs gerichteten Holm 3. Mit diesen legt er sich in der Arbeitsstellung auf der Fahrbahn 4 bzw. den Rinnensteinen 5 um den eingebauten Straßenabläufe-Aufsatz 6 herum auf. Am Rahmen 1 sind ferner zwei Kragarme 7, welche den Bordstein 8 übergreifen. Durch Handkurbeln 9 lassen sich Stützen 10, an denen ein Querbalken 11 befestigt sein kann, auf den Bordstein 8 absenken.
