Förderwinde. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 19. Februar 1916 ab. Conveyor winch. Patented in the German Empire on February 19, 1916.
The invention relates to conveyor winches with two loose on a common axis seated drums that can be coupled to one another, which are individually and collectively in can work in the same or in the opposite direction.
According to the invention, each of the two drums is supported by a special countershaft driven, with a sliding one on each countershaft, with the gears the associated drum constantly engaged pinion is loosely arranged, which when it is shifted, for example, by means of a hand lever, with the associated Shaft can be coupled or brought into engagement with a brake disc. The new Winch is particularly useful when in long periods of work with only one Load rope, with two load ropes that work independently of each other or with two of each other dependent ropes is worked, as z. B. when conveying materials to high-rise buildings the case is.
The winch has a simple structure, is easy to operate and shows a low Wear, as only those parts run in the individual operating modes that lead to the respective operations are required.
Auf der Zeichnung zeigtOn the drawing shows
Fig. ι die Förderwinde, teilweise in schematischer
Fig. 3 bis 6 Einzelheiten zeigen.
angetrieben. . .Fig. Ι the conveyor winch, partly in a schematic representation, in side view, and Fig. 2 in plan view, while the
Figures 3 to 6 show details.
The motor is arranged on the chassis α and continuously drives the countershaft c shaft through its shaft b by means of a suitable transmission. From the shaft c , the second countershaft / is driven in the opposite direction of rotation through the pair of spur gears d and e. . .
Each of the two countershafts c and f carries loosely and longitudinally displaceable a pinion g and g 1 , which are in engagement with one of the gears i and i 1 connected to the winch drums h and h 1 , and which by corresponding displacement on the shafts c and f can be coupled alternately with the relevant countershaft or with a load brake. Is z. B. the pinion g on the shaft c. (Fig. 5 and 6) shifted to the right by means of the lever k, which carries the ring m , it is coupled to the disk η firmly connected to the shaft c , while when the pinion is shifted to the left, it is coupled to the brake disk 0 is coupled, and thereby the winch drum h , which sits loosely on the shaft, is driven or braked from the shaft c. In the same way, the pinion g 1 , which is moved by the lever k 1 and ring m 1 , acts on the winch drum W.
Since the winch drums h and h 1 sit loosely on the shaft, they can be driven, held and braked backwards independently of one another.
If only one winch is to be used, one of the two spur gears d and e can be removed so that the second countershaft does not run along unnecessarily.
If both countershafts c and f are connected to one another by the pair of spur gears d and e
kuppelt, so können die beiden Winden, wie oben erläutert, unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden.coupled, the two winches, as explained above, can be operated independently of one another will.
If finally the winches are to work together as a double conveyor winch, the cable drums h and h 1 are coupled to one another, e.g. B. by screwing the two opposing drum edges. Both drums h and h 1 then receive a common drive, namely clockwise by engaging one of the two pinions and counterclockwise by engaging the other pinion, one of the two ropes always being wound up and the other being unwound.
For the last-described mode of operation of the conveyor winch, in which the two winch drums are coupled together, it is necessary that the automatic load brake of one pinion is disengaged when the drive pinion of the other winch is engaged. For this purpose, a bolt r (Fig. 3 and 4) is used, which can be moved to the right and left by means of the hand lever s. At the ends of the bolt r is provided with beveled sliding surfaces t and t 1 , which can engage in the claw-like arms u and w- 1 of the engagement levers k and k 1 for the drive pinions g and g ' 1 . In the position of the bolt r drawn with full lines in FIG. 3, the weight ν of the brake controlled by the pinion g is locked, and in the position of the bolt r indicated by dotted lines, the weight of the other brake is locked. When the brake is locked, the pinion in question is locked at the same time so that it cannot be put into action again.
