Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement zur kostengünstigeren Herstellung einer Fundamentplatte und deren gleichzeitiger qualitativ verbesserten Herstellung der umlaufenden Drainage.The invention relates to a component for the more cost-effective production of a foundation slab and the simultaneous qualitatively improved production of the surrounding drainage.
Zum Bau eines Gebäudes wird üblicherweise statt vieler Streifenfundamente insgesamt eine dem Gebäudegrundriss entsprechende Fundamentbodenplatte gegossen. Üblicherweise wird die Seitenabschalung aus verschiedenartigen Schalmaterialien, wie Holz oder Schaltafeln oder metallischen Schalstreifen hergestellt. Ein Verbleib am späteren Bauwerk ist hierbei nicht vorgesehen. Der manuelle Aufwand des Entschalens, des Säuberns und Abtransportierens ist hoch. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Bauelement zur seitlichen Abschalung und gleichzeitiger Drainagefixierung zu entwickeln, welches den manuellen Aufwand der bisherigen Arbeitsschritte Entschalen, Säubern und Abtransportieren wegfallen läßt und gleichzeitig eine Fixierungsmöglichkeit zur gleichzeitigen Verlegung von Drainagematerial ermöglicht. Die Vorteile der Erfindung bestehen darin, daß vorgefertigte, rastermaßorientierte sowie standardisierte Bauelemente fur eine handmontierbare Schalung vorliegen, die mit integrierter Drainagefixierung versehen sind und gleichzeitig als obere Begrenzung der auszubetonierenden Betonplatte dienen. Die Herstellung der Bauelemente kann industriemäßig erfolgen , wobei sie vor Ort den geometrischen Bedingungen anpaßbar sind, beispielsweise durch Trennen mittels herkömmlichen Sägen. Die industriemäßige Herstellung der Bauelement ist ein Beweis fur den ökonomischen Einsatz dieser. Gleichzeitig ist der Einsatz von Recycling-Abfallstoffen, der als Leichtbetonausfuhrung der Bauelemente zum Einsatz kommt, umweltfreundlich, indem die zum Einsatz kommenden Recycling-The aim of the invention is to develop a construction element for lateral formwork and simultaneous drainage fixation, which eliminates the manual effort of the previous work steps of demolding, cleaning and removal and at the same time enables a fixation option for the simultaneous laying of drainage material. der betonierenden Fundamentplatte dient. Der waagerechte Schenkel 3 sitzt auf dem Erdreich oder der Sauberkeitsschicht auf und dient als Widerlager der entstehenden
Kräfte aus der Betonierung. Der Innenwinkelbereich ist durch eine Ausrundung 4 so gestaltet, daß handelsübliche Drainagematerialien 5 dort fixiert werden
können und mittels Erdnägeln 6 eine Halterung des Schalelementes sowie des Drainagematerials gleichzeitig erfolgen kann. Ek Überfüllen der Drainage mit Filtermaterialien
kann bereits vor dem Betonieren der Grundplatte erfolgen, wodurch es ermöglicht wird, größere Schaden durch plötzliche Regengüsse im Baugrubenbereich
