Die Erfindung betrifft eine verschließbare Festlegevorrichtung für die Zuglasche eines Reißverschlusses an einem Koffer, Tasche oderdergleichen, mit einem Haltezapfen, welcher einseitig an einem Gehäuse befestigt ist und über dessen freies Ende die Öffnung der Zuglasche legbar ist, wobei ein federbelasteter Auswerfer gespannt wird, und mit einem im Schloßgehäuse verlagerbaren, die Abnehmbarkeit der Zuglasche vom Haltezapfen sichernden Sperrteil, dessen Verlagerbarkeit durch Schloßbetätigung freigebbar/sperrbar ist.The invention relates to a lockable fastening device for the pull tab of a zipper on a suitcase, bag or the like, with a retaining pin which is attached to a housing on one side and over whose free end the opening of the pull tab can be placed, whereby a spring-loaded ejector is tensioned, and with a locking part which can be displaced in the lock housing and which secures the removability of the pull tab from the retaining pin, the displaceability of which can be released/locked by actuating the lock.

Eine verschließbare Festlegevorrichtung der in Rede stehenden Art ist bekannt aus der DE 41 06 887 Al, wobei auf dem Haltezapfen hintereinanderliegend eine als Druckfeder gestaltete Auswerferfeder und ein von diesem beaufschlagter Auswerfer vorgesehen sind. An dem Umfang des Haltezapfens stützt sich ein federbelastetes Sperrteil ab, welches bei aufgelegter Zuglasche in Teilüberdeckung zum freien Ende derselben liegt. Im den Zapfen beaufschlagenden Bereich ist das Sperrteil mit einer Fallenschräge ausgestattet, so daß beim Aufsetzen des freien Endes der Zuglasche -die Öffnungsstellung des Schlosses voraussetzend- das Sperrteil entgegen Federbelastung zwangsläufig in seine Freigabestellung verschwenkt wird. Einhergehend erfolgt die Beaufschlagung des Auswerfers durch das freie Ende der Zuglasche und damit der Auswerferfeder, so daß insgesamt beim Auflegen der Zuglasche auf den Haltezapfen die Kräfte zweier Federn überwunden werden müssen, was die Handhabung der Festlegevorrichtung erschwert.A lockable fastening device of the type in question is known from DE 41 06 887 A1, where an ejector spring designed as a compression spring and an ejector acted upon by this are provided one behind the other on the retaining pin. Dem Gegenstand der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Festlegevorrichtung in herstellungstechnisch einfacher Weise so auszugestalten, daß bei hoher Verschlußsicherheit die Bedienbarkeit erleichtert ist.The object of the invention is to design a generic fastening device in a manner that is simple to manufacture so that it is easier to use while providing a high level of locking security.

Die dem Sperrteil zugeordnete Feder bleibt dadurch gespannt, während sich die Auswerferfeder weitgehend entspannt hat. Wird nun die Zuglasche wieder dem Haltezapfen zugeordnet, so braucht nur über den Auswerfer die ihm zugeordnete Federkraft überwunden zu werden. Einhergehend mit einer Verlagerung des Auswerfers wird die Verrastung desselben aufgehoben, so daß dieser federbeaufschlagt in seine Übergriffsstellung zur Zuglasche tritt. Es ist also nur die Kraft einer Feder beim Aufsetzen der Zuglasche zu überwinden, was den Verschlußvorgang mit wenig Kraft durchführen läßt und vom Benutzer als angenehm empfunden wird. Bei verstelltem Schlüsselgeheimnis stützt sich mindestens ein Vorsprung des Sperrschiebers 16 an der Umfangsfläche der Sperrscheiben 12 ab, so daß die Stellung gemäß Fig. 2 vorliegt einhergehend mit einem Spannen der Druckfeder 19. Je eine Klinke 20 tritt in den Innenraum eines im Querschnitt U-förmig gestalteten Sperrteils 21 ein. Die gehäuseeinwärts weisende Schenkelwandung 22 ist mit einer Bohrung 23 zur Aufnahme eines Lagerzapfens 24 der Klinke 20 ausgestattet. Sowohl die Klinken 20 als auch die Sperrteile 21 sind als einarmige Hebel gestaltet. Jedem Sperrteil 21 ist ein Zapfen 25 angeformt, welcher formpassend in eine Lagerbohrung 26 an der dem Kombinationsschloß 8 gegenüberliegenden Längskante des Gehäuses 6 eingreift. Claims

EXPECTATIONS

1. Lockable fastening device for the pull tab (3) of a zipper (4) on a suitcase, bag or the like, with a retaining pin (31) which is attached to a housing (6) on one side and over whose free end the opening (32) of the pull tab (3) can be placed, whereby a spring-loaded ejector (33) is tensioned, and with a locking part (21) which can be displaced in the lock housing (6) and which secures the removability of the pull tab (3) from the retaining pin (31), the displaceability of which can be released/locked by actuating the lock, characterized in that the locking part (21) is locked in a release position which enables the pull tab (3) to be removed by means of the ejector (33).

2. Fixing device according to claim 1 or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the ejector (33) forms a locking cam (37) which in the release position engages in a locking recess (38) of the locking part (21).

3. Fixing device according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the ejector (33) is designed as a pressure spring-loaded pivot lever.

4. Fixing device according to one or more of the preceding claims or in particular according thereto, characterized in that the locking part (21) is designed as a pivoting slide which cooperates with a combination lock (8).
