So bieten moderne Bürostühle bei richtiger Benutzung eine sehr gute Entlastung im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäulen und beugen der Rundrückenbildung vor. Während diese neueren Erkenntnisse bei der Neukonstruktion von Bürostühlen durch entsprechende Gestaltung der Armlehne berücksichtigt werden können, scheitert die kurzfristige Einführung derartiger Bürostühle mit Ellenbogenunterstützung unter Erhaltung der Unterarmbeweglichkeit an dem Aufwand, der mit dem Austausch bereits vorhandener Bürostühle vor Ablauf ihrer Lebensdauer verbunden ist.Recent ergonomic findings have shown that for effective shoulder and neck relief, especially when working at keyboards for long periods of time, options for supporting the elbows while maintaining forearm mobility should be created. An den Polsterträger ist der Clips in Form zweier Stege angeformt, deren Abstand der Breite der Armlehne, für die das Ellenbogenstützpolster bestimmt ist, entspricht. Die Stege weisen an dem dem Polsterkörper abgewandten Ende gegeneinander gerichtete Vorsprünge auf. Der Clips wird durch Auseinanderbiegen der Stege, so daß die Vorsprünge seitlich an der Armlehne entlanggleiten können, aufgesetzt, bis die Stege die Armlehne von unten umgreifen.
