Die Neuerung betrifft einen Brauchwassererwärmer nach dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1.The innovation concerns a domestic water heater according to the generic term of claim 1.
Es gibt Brauchwassererwärmer, bei denen das Wasser direkt durch die Heizeinrichtung erwärmt wird und solche, bei denen eine indirekte Erwärmung über Heizwasser erfolgt. Bei der indirekten Beheizung kennt man Speichererwärmer und Durchlauferwärmer. Durchlauferwärmer sind solche, bei denen eine Brauchwasserschlange in einem Heizwasserspeicher angeordnet ist. Zum Erzielen einer effektiven Brauchwassererwärmung muß während der Brauchwasserentnahme eine Nachheizung über eine zugeordnete Heizeinrichtung erfolgen. Zu diesem Zweck ist üblicherweise ein Temperatursensor im Heizwasserspeicher angeordnet der in Abhängigkeit von der Heizwassertemperatur auf die Steuerung der Heizeinrichtung einwirkt.There are domestic water heaters in which the water is heated directly by the heating device and those in which heating is done indirectly via heating water. Der Temperatursensor sitzt nicht im Heizwasserspeicher, um auf dessen Temperatur anzusprechen. Hier dauert es nämlich eine gewisse Zeit, bis ein Heizwärmebedarf erfaßt und an die Steuerung der Heizeinrichtung weitergegeben wird. Stattdessen ist der Temperatursensor im Einmündungsbereich der Brauchwasserschlange in den Heizwasserspeicher angeordnet, und zwar in einem gut wärmeleitenden mit der Brauchwasserschlange in direktem Wärmekontakt stehenden Metallkörper. Sofort nach dem Zapfbeginn strömt hier kühles Frischwasser vorbei. Bereits ein geringer Temperaturabfall überträgt sich auf den Metallkörper und auf den Temperatursensor , so daß er unverzüglich zur Steuerung der Heizeinrichtung dienen kann. Somit erfolgt die weitere Wärmezufuhr zum Heizwasserspeicher in direkter Folge zur beginnenden Brauchwasserentnahme. Um Wärmeabstrahlungen von dem aus Kupfer bestehenden Metallkörper zu vermeiden, die das sofortige Erfassen der abfallenden Temperatur durch den Temperatursensor verschlechtern könnte, sollte dieser von einer Wärmedämmung umgeben sein.The temperature sensor is not located in the heating water tank to respond to its temperature. Im Heizwasserspeicher 1 mit einer nicht dargestellten Heizeinrichtung sitzt eine Brauchwasserschlange 2. An deren Einmündungsbereich ist ein Temperatursensor 3 angeordnet. Dieser ragt mit seiner Spitze in das durchströmende Brauchwasser hinein. Im übrigen ist er in einen Metallkörper 4 eingebettet, der mit der Brauchwasserschlange 2 in gut wärmeleitender Verbindung steht. Auf diese Weise wird ein Temperaturabfall bei einströmendem kühlem Frischwasser sofort erfaßt und zur Einschaltung der Heizeinrichtung genutzt.
