Das Ergebnis implantologisch-prothetischer Versorgungen zahnloser Kiefer hängt entscheidend von der chirurgischen Implantatinsertion ab. Jedoch kann eine parallele Implanatationsrichtung {z.B. durch eingearbeitete Führungsröhrchen) nicht in die Schablone einprogrammiert werden, ohne diesen chirurgischen Handlungsspielraum zu verlieren. Eine parallele Implantatausrichtung sollte jedoch im Hinblick auf ein optimales prothetisches Ergebnis immer angestrebt werden, wobei diese vor allem bei teieskopierenden SupraStrukturen unumgänglich ist.The result of implantological-prosthetic treatments for edentulous jaws depends crucially on the surgical implant insertion. Durch den Einsatz von Führungsstiften unterschiedlicher Durchmesser wird der Einsatz der Erfindung auch bei unterschiedlichen Knochenqualitäten ermöglicht.
