Description
Platten für GebäudeinnenräuraePanels for building interiors
The invention relates to panels for building interiors with a layer of mortar or the like.
There are panels that are used in buildings and have a layer of mortar. Such panels are mainly made of plastic foam. The plastic foam has the task of thermal insulation. The panels serve as a base for the installation of tiles. The panels form an excellent flat or vertical or horizontal base for the tiles, depending on the area to be tiled.
The panels are easy to process, e.g. sawn and also easy to attach to the building surfaces. However, compared to plasterboard panels, a higher purchase price is payable. The invention is therefore based on the task of creating further areas of application for the panels and finding more economical conditions for panel production through higher sales.
Nach der Erfindung werden die VlieseAccording to the invention, this is achieved by the fact that the panels are also used as high-quality cladding panels or partition walls. For this purpose, the panels are provided with a textile on the surface. According to the invention, this is done by laying the textile on the still damp mortar layer, using a water-repellent textile. The water-repellent textile is placed with the water-repellent side on the damp mortar layer. This prevents mortar/cement from penetrating the textile, but does not prevent slight penetration. This slight penetration is sufficient to give the textile sufficient hold on the mortar layer. Polypropylene fiber fleeces are particularly suitable as textiles. Fleeces with a surface weight of up to max. g/m 2 are preferably used. Polypropylene fleeces are naturally hydrophobic, water-repellent. According to the invention, the fleeces are
This can be done using a finishing agent. The finishing agent is an emulsion or oil that is applied in small quantities to the fleece layer on the mortar side and makes the fleece hydrophilic. The mortar/cement can then easily penetrate between the wetted fibers. The finishing agent is advantageously washed off when mortar/cement suspension penetrates. The hydrophobic properties that then return prevent further penetration of mortar/cement and the mortar/cement from penetrating the interior of the fleece.
Alternatively, the material can be incorporated into the mortar/cement by forming the fleece so that it is fluffy on the mortar side. Fleeces are made from fibres, either from short fibres that are laid on top of one another or stacked. This is why they are called staple fibres. When stacked, the fibres are deliberately arranged in a random pattern. The stacking takes longer or shorter periods of time depending on the required weight per unit area. Once the required weight per unit area has been reached, the plastic fibres are welded together. This is preferably done using two heated rollers. One roller is smooth, the other is profiled so that diamond-shaped contact lines are created when pressed against the smooth roller. The temperature of both rollers is 140 to 180 ° C. At this temperature, welding can be carried out by briefly pressing the fibres between the rollers. The fibres stand up fluffy between the weld lines that are created. The mortar/cement suspension can penetrate better into this area. The standing up of the fibers can optionally be increased by reducing the welding temperature. According to the invention, the welding temperature on the mortar side is reduced to 40 0 C. However, the minimum temperature should not be undercut.
Das Ablegen wird so gesteuert, daß vergleichbare Schichten wie beimInstead of polypropylene fibers, fibers of other plastics can also be used and welded. With glass fibers, welding is possible in the low temperature range if the glass fibers are coated with plastic. Instead of short fibers, long/endless fibers are also suitable for nonwoven production. Such fibers are laid down in loops. The laying down is controlled in such a way that comparable layers are formed as with

Stapeln entstehen. Stacks are created. Air currents are used to control the formation of loops, i.e. the fibers are blown sideways accordingly.
Despite the plastic fleece, there is no risk of fire because the fleece is embedded in mortar/cement. Preferably, the fleece/textiles are embedded in mortar/cement up to half their thickness.
Using a fabric as a textile creates a high-quality panel that is very suitable for cladding interior walls.
It is advantageous to guide the textile around the narrow sides of the panels. This creates clean joints. The guide can be done after the mortar layer has dried and with the additional use of adhesive.
In another alternative, the textile protrudes on one side if the panels have a length corresponding to the height of the room. If the length is short, the textile preferably protrudes on two sides to close the gap to the adjacent panel. On the opposite edge, the textile is shortened by a size that corresponds to the protrusion. This can easily be achieved by giving the textile the same dimensions as the panel, but arranging the textile eccentrically on the panel. With the same arrangement, the protruding textile edges can be glued to the adjacent panels exactly abutting.
In addition, a clean transition can be achieved with the help of a strip that can be pressed into the panel in the area where the textile edges meet. A groove is prepared in the panel for this purpose. Depending on the design of the strips, the strips also act as clamps and form a connection between the panels.
Besonders günstige Verhältnisse ergeben sich zugleich durch eine Nut-Federverbindung, weil die Nut-Federverbindung höhere VerarbeitungstoleranzenOptionally, the panels can also be provided with a step-fold on the edge, which forms a shadow gap. Particularly favorable conditions are also achieved with a tongue-and-groove connection, because the tongue-and-groove connection allows for higher processing tolerances
With tongue and groove joints the textile is preferably pulled over the tongue/into the groove.
Furthermore, the length of the panel is preferably dimensioned so that it has the same height as the room. This means a standard panel length of 2.50 m.
The panels are optionally coated on both sides, also with fabric, so that the panels can be used as partition walls.
The installation of the panels according to the invention can be made easier with the help of guide rails that are attached to buildings (walls, ceilings, floors) and hold the ends of the panels so that the panels are flush with one another. Alignment work by backfilling the panels with plaster or the like is no longer necessary. The rails can optionally also form ceiling strips and/or floor strips.
However, simple mounting rails can also be used, which are then removed again after the panels have been aligned and secured. In these cases, securing the panels with special panel holders can be advantageous.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Figure 1 shows a plastic foam board with a mortar layer 4 guided on rollers 1. The plastic foam board 2 is guided in the direction of movement 3. The mortar layer 4 is still wet. In this phase, a fiberglass fabric 6 is laid on the mortar layer 4 using a roller 5 and is simultaneously pressed slightly against the mortar layer. As a result, liquid cement paste from the mortar layer penetrates into the fabric 6, but not through the fabric 6.
After the cement paste has dried/set, the fabric 6 is firmly bonded to the mortar layer 4.

Dies geschieht vor Auflegen des Gewebes 6.right edge 10 with a tongue 13 and a left edge 11 with a groove 12. Furthermore, the left edge of the panel is provided with a bevel 14. The tongue and groove are milled in the example. This is optionally done before the mortar coating. The bevel 14 is limited to the mortar layer in the example and is created by pressing it into place using a profile rail/scraper on the still wet mortar layer 4. This is done before the fabric 6 is applied.
In other embodiments, the bevel 14 can also be caused by the roller 5, which is then designed as a profile roller.
In the embodiment according to Figure 2, the fabric β is applied to the surfaces 15 and 16 and is guided laterally into the groove 12 or to the end of the tongue 13. When the tongue and tongue are pushed together, a clean joint with a shadow gap is created. The tongue and groove allow considerable tolerances during production or processing/installation without causing obvious errors.
In the example, the panels 2 are used to cover walls. The panels are glued to the walls. This is done with mortar, which bonds well to the back of the panel, which has been designed to be adhesive. The bond is promoted by an additional layer of mortar on the back and/or roughening, also in the form of so-called finishing. During finishing, recesses are pressed into the plastic layer while the surface of the layer is heated accordingly. The adhesive/mortar for attaching the panels can easily grip the panel surface with the recess.
Im Unterschied zu dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 und 2 steht das Kunststoffaservlies 23 anFigure 3 shows a further embodiment with a plate 20 according to the invention, which has a groove 21 or tongue 22 on the side and is provided with a plastic fiber fleece 23. The plastic fiber fleece 23 consists of polypropylene and has a surface weight of 100 g/m 2 . In contrast to the embodiment according to Figures 1 and 2, the plastic fiber fleece 23 is
The overhang is:* marked 24. On the opposite side, the plastic fiber fleece is shortened by the same amount 25.
With a panel length that corresponds to the height of the room, this serves to ensure that the protruding edge 24 overlaps with the adjacent panel 20 after the panels 20 have been set up. The protruding edge can then be glued butt-jointly to the opposite edge of the adjacent textile. This means that no joint is visible.
The adhesives known from wallpapering can be used for gluing.
Figure 4 shows a further embodiment, which in cross section has the same shape as the embodiment in Figure 3, but a shorter length, so that several panels are arranged one above the other from the floor to the ceiling. Both a lateral overhang and an upward overhang are provided. The lateral overhang is designated 31. The upward overhang is designated 32. The lateral overhang 31 corresponds to a reduction 36, the upward overhang 32 corresponds to a reduction 30 below. In the embodiment, this is achieved by the textile having the same width and height as the panel, but being arranged eccentrically to the side and upwards on the panel by the amount of the overhang 31. The overhang in the vertical and horizontal direction means that all joints can be covered with the textile, or the overhangs on the adjacent panels can be glued to the adjacent edge of the shortened textile edge in both the horizontal and vertical directions. The situation is shown schematically in Figure 4. The dotted lines indicate the contour of the adjacent plastic fiber fleece. The lines with two dots indicate the contour of the panels below. The overhang of the adjacent panel on the right in the view according to Figure 4 is marked with 35 upwards and the shortening at the bottom with 34. The overhang of the plastic fiber fleece on the left of the adjacent panel is marked with 37 and the shortening at the right with 38.
Figure 5 shows another embodiment with panels 40 and 41 that abut one another. Both panels have plastic fiber fleeces 42 and 44. In the abutment area of panels 40 and 41, the plastic fiber fleece 42 overlaps the abutment point. The plastic fiber fleece 44 is shortened in this area. Nevertheless, both plastic fiber fleeces overlap. In the overlap area there is a groove 43. The overlap is dimensioned such that the overlap edges can be pressed into the groove 43 with the help of a finishing strip 46. This results in a clean finish.
If the panels are the same height as the room, the strips run from the floor to the ceiling. If the panel length is shorter, the strips are arranged in a grid. This can also be used to clamp the panels together using the strips. The strips have been arranged in a grid structure for this purpose. Alternatively, it is sufficient to angle the strips at the ends so that the angled ends engage in adjacent grooves.
Figures 6 and 7 show a system for mounting panels according to the invention. The panels are shown schematically and designated 53. The panels are held between L-shaped brackets 51 and 52. The brackets are attached to a brick wall 50. According to Figure 7, the brackets 51 and 52 are attached to the wall 50 with the vertical leg by dowels. For this purpose, corresponding holes are provided in the brackets 51 and 52. The holes are countersunk so that countersunk screws can be used, the head of which is flush with the vertical leg of the brackets 51 and 52. As a result, the panels 53 to 54 can be positioned directly on the vertical leg of the L-shaped brackets 51 and 52.
The countersunk screws marked 55 engage in dowels 54 in corresponding holes in the wall 50. In another embodiment, the L-shaped angles 51 and 52 are shot. The shooting is particularly advantageous for concrete walls. Hardened steel bolts are used for shooting.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 6 and 7, the horizontal legs of the rails 51 and 52 are provided with a nose 56. A groove 58 at the upper and lower ends of the plates 53 corresponds to the nose 56. The groove 58 is slightly smaller than the nose 56. As a result, a slight press fit is achieved with a distance between the horizontal legs of the rails 51 and 52 that is exactly equal to the length of the plates 53. The press fit is easy because the plates 53 are elastic with their plastic layer forming the groove 58.
Nach Montage der Platten sichert der steile Verlauf der Nasen 56 ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Platten 53.The nose 56 is steep on the side facing the vertical leg, while it tapers off flat on the opposite side. The flat taper is comparable to a wedge formation and greatly facilitates the insertion of the plates 53 between the rails 51 and 52 because the plates are pressed together strongly as a result of the wedge effect. After the plates have been installed, the steep course of the noses 56 ensures that the plates 53 cannot be accidentally released.
Optionally, a finishing strip 59 is provided at the ends of the panels. The finishing strip 59 is a ceiling strip in the ceiling area and a floor strip in the floor area. The finishing strip 59 is screwed or clamped on. It covers the textile marked 57 in Figure 7 and forms a clean finish.
In the floor area, the end strip 59 has the classic bar shape. In the ceiling area, other shapes are also possible.
Figure 8 shows another possibility for mounting the plates designated there with 63. According to Figure 8, holders are provided which are made of sheet metal, have a screwable end 61 and tips 62. The tips 62 are used to press the holders 60 into the groove of the plates 63. The holders 60 are made of thin sheet metal, so that the holders 60 do not hinder the joining of different plates 63 together.
Nach Positionieren der Halter 60 in demThe holders 60 are pressed against the plates with their unrolled ends. The tips dig into the plastic foam. After positioning the holders 60 in the
The plastic foam of the panels is used to screw the bracket ends 61 to the wall.
Although in one embodiment the holders only engage with one end with the tips 62 in the plates 63, this type of fastening is generally sufficient because the adjoining plate ends are held to the already fastened plate end via the tongue and groove connection.
In special cases, the holders 60 can also be provided with additional tips 64 which penetrate into the front surface of the adjoining plate when it is mounted and provide additional support.
