Insbesondere ältere Menschen sind heutzutage oft auf eine regelmäßige Medikamenteneinnahme angewiesen. Die Regelmäßigkeit der Einnahme - oft von entscheidender Wichtigkeitscheitert dabei nicht selten an der Vergeßlichkeit der alten Menschen, besonders, wenn verschiedene Medikamente zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten eingenommen werden müssen. Das 22 Fach ist mit einem Einsatz (5) verschlossen. Es dient dazu, gegebenenfalls (z.B. auf einer Reise) die Tablettendose gänzlich verschließen zu können, indem das Oberteil so verdreht wird, daß die Öffnung mit diesem Fach zu Deckung kommt. Die Dose kann entweder durch die Öffnung des Oberteils gefüllt werden, oder indem das Oberteil vom Unterteil abgezogen wird. Da das Oberteil transparent ist, kann jederzeit kontrolliert werden welche Tablettenportionen eingenommen wurden, insbesondere, wenn auf dem Ring (4) die Fächer gemäß Schutzanspruch 2d) gekennzeichnet sind.
